煤岩电磁辐射机理及在冲击地压预测中的应用研究

【摘要】 冲击地压是一种特殊的矿山压力现象,也是煤矿井下复杂动力现象之一,是指矿井高应力区内煤体、岩体及断层在受外界扰动瞬间失稳破坏时,释放出很大能量而引起的以猛烈震动和爆发式破坏为特征的矿山动力现象,是矿井的一大自然灾害。严重威胁煤矿矿井生产安全。进入90年代,我国冲击地压矿井数不断增加,我国成为煤矿矿井冲击地压灾害最严重的国家之一。目前我国主要用矿震监测方法有钻屑法、声发射法、电磁辐射法等。钻屑法尽管其简便易行、直观可靠,但缺点是预测工作在时间和空间上不连续,费工、费时,不能满足实际的工程需要。声发射法因必须接触煤岩体因此受条件限制,干扰比较大。相对于其他方法电磁辐射法可以实现非接触式检测,随着电磁辐射动力灾害的判识方法及技术的日臻完善和发展,必将显示出巨大的科学价值和应用前景。本文介绍了ИЭМИ-1电磁辐射仪器的原理和标定方法,煤岩体电磁辐射法的机理,总结采掘工作面应力异常区等级划分和评价方法,并对8月至9月,10月至12月的实际测试数据记录进行分析,通过分析划定了10个危险区域,预报矿井动力现象近期发生的趋势,并与支护阻力相联系分析巷道中测点处的电磁辐射强度,分析工作面以及上、下顺槽的应力状况。为进一步完善电磁辐射技术提供有力的依据。

As a result of China’s coal mine rockburst disaster-hit countries.At present, China’s main mining earthquake monitoring methods cuttings, acoustic emission, such as electromagnetic radiation. Drillings method though its simple easy line, But the drawback is that the forecast of time and space is not continuous, and the costs, time-consuming and can not meet the actual needs of the project .The AE method,because must contact the rock, the interference greatly. As compared with other methods of electromagnetic radiation can be achieved non-contact detection, With dynamic electromagnetic radiation disaster identification methods and technology and development to keep improving , it will display its tremendous scientific value and prospects This paper introduces theИЭМИ-1 electromagnetic radiation equipment and the principle of calibration method, coal rock electromagnetic radiation mechanism, Aggregate mining face abnormal stress grading and evaluation methods, as well as in August and September.
