溶胶—凝胶法制备TiO2自洁玻璃及其性能的研究

【摘要】 二氧化钛薄膜具有光诱导亲水性和光催化性等优点,应用于净化空气、照明灯具、涂料等领域,具有广阔的应用市场。但是国内技术相对落后。本文针对这种现状,以及国内现行工业化生产自洁玻璃成本高的弊端,提出以二乙醇胺代替市面上常用的乙酰丙酮作为实验的螯合剂,利用溶胶-凝胶法制备二氧化钛薄膜,降低了制备成本。本文分别以正硅酸乙酯和钛酸四丁酯为前驱物,通过测定不同液体的丁达尔效应确定了制备硅溶胶和钛溶胶的配方。本文还自行设计了液面下降法镀膜装置,该装置可调节溶胶流速,使得镀膜均匀。以提高光催化性为前提,确定了镀膜的各个参数,分别为:镀膜层数为3层,提拉速度为1.5mm/s,焙烧温度为500℃。为了阻止玻璃基体中钠离子迁移到薄膜表面而影响其亲水性,在基体和TiO2薄膜之间涂覆了一层SiO2薄膜,实验结果发现SiO2的预镀层能够改善薄膜的光诱导亲水性和光催化性。光照20min后,光降解率由16.2%增至18.7%,光照40min后接触角由42°下降至18°。本文测定了薄膜的光催化性和光诱导亲水性随紫外光照射时间的变化规律:在光照120min后,光降解率增至28.2%,接触角降至5°。本文测定了薄膜对实际污水的除污性能、薄膜的表面除尘性能和防雾性能,从而验证了本文所得薄膜具有良好的自清洁性能。本文制备的薄膜附着力好,具有较长的寿命。可在不同耐温材料上沉积,为纳米TiO2的实际应用开拓更加广泛的空间。

【Abstract】 Titanium thin film exhibits hydrophilicity and photocatalytic activity that can be wildly utilized in many fields such as air decontaminate、head lamp、dope and so on. But in our country the research and development of it is behindhand. The present industrialization production has some disadvantages such as high cost of money. The paper use diethanolamine as the chelator instead of acetylacetone, prepare titanium thin film by sol-gel method. This can save the experimental cost.Tetraethyl orthosilicate and Titanium butoxide are used as prodromal hydrolytic substance, the experiments has prepared the silicon sol and titanium sol by mensurating the Tyndall effect of different liquid. The installation has also designed the liquid level falling method coating equipment by ourselves. This equipment can adjust the velocity of flow and prepare the film symmetrically.In the experiment, some parameters are confirmed which are based on the purpose of improving the photocatalytic activity. The parameters are: the number of TiO2 deposition on glass is 3;the lifting velocity of glass is 1.5mm/s;the calcination temperature for TiO2 glass is 500℃.A layer of SiO2 thin film is coated on the silde glass plate before coating TiO2 film for preventing sodium ions in the glass to diffuse in the TiO2 film to improve the hydrophilicity. The photocatalystic degradation efficienty can enhance from 16.2% to 18.7% in 20 mins irradiation, and the contact angle of film surface can reduce from 42°to 18°after 40 mins irradiation.Effect of UV irradiating time on hydrophilicity and photocatalytic activity is alsomensurated. The photocatalystic degradation efficienty can enhance to 28.2% and the contact angle of film surface can fall to 5°after 120 min.The paper text the decontamination capability for sewerage, prevent dust and antifogging of the film. Validate the glass has well self-cleaning capability.The film that the experiment prepared has well adhesive power and long constancy. It can be deposited on various of materials, and it provides broad space for the actual application of TiO2.
