【摘要】 为了提高自身的管理水平并在招标中取得有利地位,许多建筑企业先后建立了质量管理体系、环境管理体系和职业健康安全管理体系,然而三个体系的分立造成了在贯标、认证以及实际运行过程中企业负担的增加及接口矛盾。目前我国还没有整合型管理体系的标准。本文根据企业建立整合型管理体系的发展趋势,系统地分析了建立质量、环境、职业健康安全整合型管理体系的可行性和必要性,并结合建筑企业的特点,提出了中国建筑企业建立整合型管理体系的难点;系统地阐述了建立整合型管理体系的途径、原则、方法和步骤,同时根据第三方认证资料统计分析结果,提出了企业建立整合型管理体系持续改进的系统方法。本文还根据多年来对三体系标准的研究和认证工作中的经验总结,以某建筑公司为例,尝试按PDCA循环的模式设计了建筑企业质量、环境、职业健康安全整合型管理手册和程序文件的框架结构,并总结了其建立和推行整合型管理体系过程中的经验、实施效果和改进方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Many construction corporations have builded their quality management system, environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system to get better position in the public bidding and improve their management level. But building and auditting these systems independently bring many problems to the corporations when implement.There is no national standard for integrated management system now. This article analysis the feasibility and necessary to build the integrated management system and the difficulties for the Chinese construction corporations according to their characteristics. It also expounds the approaches, principle, methods and steps for building integrated management system. It brings forward the methodes for continual improvement according to the analytic results of certificate materials. Besides that according to my experiences to the three standards I designs the structure of integrated management manual and program file for a construction corporation according to the model of PDCA, and expounds its experiences, effects and improvement measures.更多还原
