【摘要】 当前,随着现代科技的发展和科研项目复杂化程度的加深,科研活动经常需要多学科多领域的专业人员协作完成,在此基础上,世界各国纷纷搭建网上合作研究中心,以有效促进科研创新。科研作为高校的基本社会职能之一,对于提高高校的竞争力有重要意义。如何改进科研团队协作研究中的管理方式,以有效促进高校科研团队协作研究中的知识应用和转化,是一个值得研究的问题。知识管理做为一种新兴的管理理论,与科研协作有密切关系。高校科研团队协作研究属于知识密集型活动,其具体实践中已包含了知识管理的重要理念,然而,也仅只停留在经验阶段,缺乏清晰有序的管理制度和管理流程。作为一种面向对象的管理,知识管理的实施需要依赖于特定的管理过程,项目管理可以为知识管理的实施提供良好的运做环境。随着项目管理理论的发展,其应用领域日益广泛,高校科研团队在具体运做过程中虽然对项目管理也有了重视,但还存在一些问题,对项目过程的监督不够,对项目的质量管理不够。本文在对高校科研团队协作研究中知识管理和项目管理应用现状分析的基础上,提出了一些具体改进意见,将知识管理的理念贯穿在科研项目管理的全过程中,在科研项目立项前、项目进行过程中、项目结束后的结项阶段提出了不同的知识管理制度的构建。并在上述理论的指导下,构建了一个信息技术平台,以进一步将制度层面的管理落实到具体的可操作的实践中。该平台的设计主要有如下特色:(1)通用性强。采用项目管理方式组织活动,不局限于某个学科或者某个主题。(2)采用主动推送的任务流,有效提升了科研团队协作研究中的过程管理,良好的过程管理是项目质量管理成功的基础。(3)提供强大的知识管理功能。知识可由用户依据需要自定义分类结构,同时,提供多维字段检索,支持全文检索,以保证知识资源的快速访问,提供了简洁的知识上传下载的共享方式,多样的沟通交流方式,以有效促进组织内显性知识和隐性知识的流通。(4)人性化设置。用户可自定义个人空间中的栏目和外观排列,用户登陆后,可在自定义的环境中自由活动,更具人性化。平台第一阶段开发工作完成后,在某高校游戏研究基地投入试用,收到了良好的效果,同时,也提出了一些不足。鉴于作者水平有限,各方面的研究工作仍较粗浅,更深入更系统的研究将在下一阶段的开发工作中继续完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of modern science and technology, scientific research has become more and more complex and it often requires professionals in many fields collaboration to complete .Based on this, countries around the world built on-line Cooperative Research Center to effectively promote scientific innovation.As one of the basic social function ,scientific innovation is important for universities to improve their scientific level.The key to scientific innovation is how to improve the management of the collaborative research team,which is a worthy study.Good management can effectively promote the applicaion and transformation of knowledge in universities’ collaborative research teams.Knowledge management as an emerging management theory is closely related toscientific research collaboration. Collaborative research as a knowledge-intensive activity has included many knowledge management theory in its practice. But there are still lack of clear and orderly management systems and management processes.Knowledge management as an object-oriented management ,its implementation is dependent on specific management process. Along with the development of the theory of project management and its increasingly widespread application, University collaboration team introduce in project management. Although it is recognized that project management is important, but there are still some problems, such as the lack of supervision over the project process, and the management of projects’ quality.In this paper, Under the guidance of the knowledge management and project management theory in university collaboration research team ,it constructes an information technology platform to support the management of the team.The platform have the following main characteristics:(1) high universality. Using project management to organize activities is not restricted to a particular subject or theme any more.(2) taking the initiative to push the task-flow, effectively improve research team’s collaborative research in process management.(3) Powerful Knowledge Management. Knowledge can provide user-defined construction, at the same time, providing full-text retrieval of knowledge resources to ensure rapid access and the other using various of communication to promote mutual tacit knowledge dissemination.(4)Personal space for Users can customize personal space with the columns and more humane.After the first stage of development completed, this on-line platform has applied in a team .
