深基坑钢支撑支护结构CAD辅助设计系统的研究

【摘要】 本文以重庆地区最常见的土质基坑和岩石基坑为例,对深基坑钢支撑支护结构的设计过程进行了分析,得出钢支撑的最不利受力状态,为合理、经济地设计深基坑钢支撑提供了精确的依据。但目前的设计主要采用手工计算和手工绘图,设计质量和设计速度都难以令人满意。为了减轻设计人员的工作负担,充分利用计算机长于计算和数据处理的特长,结合工程师的设计经验,研究并开发了深基坑钢支撑支护结构的CAD辅助设计系统。利用该系统对工程进行了实际应用,取得了很好的效果。目前该类结构的CAD软件还不多见,本文系统软件将对该类结构设计带来极大的方便。本CAD系统以国标JGJ 120-99《建筑基坑支护技术规程》为基础,以重庆地区为背景,专门针对目前广泛应用的深基坑钢管内支撑而开发的,提供了交互式输入、自动建模、荷载计算、结构内力计算、构件设计计算、计算结果图形显示、施工图自动成图和计算文本的输出等功能,是一种快捷、适用、有效的深基坑钢支撑计算机辅助设计工具。本系统的实现是采用在WINDOWS XP环境下,用面向对象的可视化编程工具Visual C++ 6.0作为开发工具,实现了程序设计工程的自动化。本系统采用主窗口与分级窗口的操作模式,用户界面良好、操作方便灵活,具有理想的结构计算结果及可视化输出,具有良好的维护性和可扩展性。

【Abstract】 The paper takes soil-pit and rock-pit in CHONGQING area as an example. The design process of foundation pit steely retaining-structure is analyzed from which the most unfavorable state of steely retaining-structure is derived. This provides precious dependences for the rational、economicaly and quickly resolves the problems of foundation pit steely retaining-structure, especialy the foundation pit being high and complex. But up to now , the design of foundation pit steely retaining-structure system is still based on the hand-calculating and drawing,the quality and the speed can’t meet the design of meeting. In order to alleviate the designers’hardness and make the most of the strong point of calculation and data disposal of the computer, on the basis of the current code and the designers’experience, it is a try to develop a complete CAD system of foundation pit steely retaining-structure system. The system gets good results in Engineering Practice. Now there is no this kind of the systerm and it can bring convenience for users.The CAD system conforms to the country code technical code for building Foundation pit steely retaining-structure (JGJ 120-99). In the system there is many functions including data input in man-machine conversation, creating model, loading calculating, calculating force, designing element and displaying and output the drawing and calculating data. The CAD system is a useful and convenient tool in the design of foundation pit steely retaining-structure system.The system is adapt to windows XP and developed with the computer language visual C++6.0. There are many advantages in the system such as good result and output form, readability and expanding easily and so on.
