板翅式油散热器性能的实验研究及数值模拟

【摘要】 板翅式油散热器是工程机械油系统重要的散热器件,对它的优化设计、性能校核有着越来越高的需求。由于结构和传热流动机理的复杂性,纯粹的理论分析非常困难;风洞试验分析则成本高,周期长,局限性非常明显。本文以板翅式油散热器作为研究对象,理论分析了其工作原理,建立了相应的数学模型,对通道的流动和传热特性进行了数值模拟,通过与风洞试验结果相互验证,对比分析,探寻一种经济高效的研究手段。主要内容包括:①描述了ZL50G型板翅式油散热器的组成结构、制造工艺及相关特征参数,理论分析了油散热器内部的流体流动与传热机理,建立了符合客观实际的数学模型;②通过风洞试验平台研究了矩形平直翅片的表面性能,包括传热因子j和摩擦因子f ,得到了相应的性能曲线;③应用计算流体动力学软件Fluent对矩形平直翅片的表面性能进行了数值模拟,并与风洞试验结果进行了对比,验证了数值模拟技术在工程实践中的有效性;提出并研究了对翅片开孔处理、圆角处理等改善性能的措施;④对于结构复杂的油散热器等设备的研发,探寻了CFD技术的应用价值,指出了有意义的研究方向。

【Abstract】 Plate-fin oil radiator is an important part of oil system on engineering machine, and there are higher and higher needs with the optimized design and performance verifying to it. Owing to the complexity about the structure and the law of the heat-transfer & fluid-flow, it’s difficult to do theoretic analysis, also the wind tunnel test may spend long periods, high costs, the limitation is obvious. This paper treat the plate-fin oil radiator as a research object, analyses it’s work principle, establishes it’s mathsmatic model, numerical simulates the law of the heat-transfer & fluid-flow in the fluid pass, also validates and contrasts the results with the wind tunnel test, to look for a sort of economic and effective research methods. The main content of this paper are as follows:①Describe the ZL50G plate-fin oil radiator’s structure, manufacture craftwork and characteristic parameters, analyse the oil radiator’s interior law of the fluid-flow and heat-transfer, establish the actual mathsmatic model.②Study the surface performances of the rectangle plain-fin with the wind tunnel test system, include the colburn j factor and the friction f factor, gain the relative performance curves.③With the application of Fluent, a kind of computational fluid dynamics software, numerical simulate the surface performances of rectangle plain-fin, and comparing with the result of wind tunnel test, verifying the validity for CFD technology in engineering practice. Also, bring out and research some ameliorating methods for fins like holed, filleted, and so on.④Research and explore the CFD technology’s value for empoldering the oil radiators and other similar equipments with the complexiable structure, point out a significative research direction.
