【摘要】 人口老龄化的问题已经引起世界各国政府的高度重视，也成为我国21世纪最突出的难题之一，给我国农村养老保障带来了严峻挑战。江西省作为我国中部地区的欠发达省份，在经济水平相对落后的情况下，无可避免地进入了人口老龄化行列，使得我省农村养老保障问题更加突出。本文在借鉴众多专家学者研究成果的基础上，对人口老龄化背景下的江西省农村养老保障问题进行研究。本文对人口老龄化及农村养老保障的相关概念进行了界定，介绍了我国人口老龄化以及江西省人口老龄化的基本情况，阐述了人口老龄化对我国农村养老保障的影响，全面分析了人口老龄化背景下江西省农村养老保障的现状，对江西省农村养老保障存在的问题及其原因进行了探究。在借鉴国外及国内发达地区农村养老保障经验的基础上，提出了人口老龄化背景下推进江西省农村养老保障建设的对策。包括构建符合江西省情的农村养老保障模式，以及采取更新观念，增强养老保障意识：优化农村养老保险金的统筹方式；分类建立农村社会养老保险机制：发展经济，提高农村养老保障能力；构建农村社区养老服务平台等具体措施完善江西省农村养老保障体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aging of the population problem has attracted the world governments’ great importance,and it has become one of the most prominent problems of China in the 21st century,and has brought a daunting challenge to the rural old-age security in China. Jiangxi Province is the less developed province of central regions, the level is relatively backward in economic circumstances, and inevitably entered the ranks of the aging of the population, making our province rural old-age security issues become more prominent. On the basis of the research from many experts and scholars, this thesis studies the issue of pension security in rural areas of Jiangxi on the context of the aging of the population. The full text of the overall consists of four parts.This article ,First, the aging of the population and the rural old-age security related concepts are defined, briefly introduces the basic conditions of the aging of the population in China and Jiangxi Province and analysis of the aging population impact on china’s rural old-age security development.Then elaborates detaily the present situation of old-age security in the rural areas of Jiangxi Province, and analysis of the existence questions and the produced reasons of all kinds of old-age ways in the rural regions of Jiangxi Province.finally, basis on Practice and Enlightenment of rural old-age security at home and abroad, puts forward some suggestions as follows: Renovating conception; Enhancing consciousness of the old-age security; Establishing social endowment insurance mechanisms by ways of classification; Achieving the optimization of the overall arrangements of rural age pension; Developing economy; Improving the rural old-age support capabilities; Constructing the old-age service platform for rural communities.更多还原
