工作流柔性化技术研究与设计

【摘要】 企业为取得市场生存和竞争的优势,适应瞬息万变的市场环境,需要快速响应市场需求,不断调整自己的组织模型和业务流程。工作流管理系统是实现计算机辅助协同工作的工具,能够实现工作流程的全部或者部分自动管理功能,方便人员、资源的合理配置、工作流流程监督、审查并提高工作效率。为了使得工作流管理系统能够灵活地根据实际情况进行工作流逻辑的更改,适应企业经营过程的变化,响应市场敏捷性的要求,迫切的需要提高工作流管理系统的柔性。工作流的柔性是指工作流通过工作流模型的定义、工作流引擎的运行等,使得工作流不需重新定义就能够动态适应企业业务流程的变化。本文在工作流柔性技术研究方面,主要做了如下工作;首先,提出了一种支持动态变化的工作流模型FWFMS(Flexible WorkflowManagement System),并对工作流过程模型建立了正确性约束标准。该模型根据动态变化对工作流运行的影响范围,分别从四个子模型——过程模型、资源模型、组织模型、信息模型展示了其对动态变化的支持。接下来在FWFMS模型基础上提出了工作流动态修改方案(由工作流引擎负责执行),包括;过程实例的动态修改和过程模型的动态修改。过程实例的动态修改指对某个实例节点及节点间关系的修改。它主要为了响应某些临时的变化(如组织人员的变更等)而对某个正在运行的实例进行修改。过程模型的动态修改指的是业务流程的整体变革。本文详细讨论了以“版本替换”为核心的过程模型变更处理策略,使工作流在执行中平稳、高效地由旧版本向新版本转移。最后,采用当今流行软件技术实现了该柔性工作流管理系统,并通过一个运行实例进行了验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 To acquire preponderance over global competition, enterprise must rapidly response the market’s requirements, constantly adjust their organization mode and their business process. Workflow management is a tool to realize Computer Support Collaboration Work, it can realize the management of workflow entirely or partially automatically. It is convenient for reasonable disposition of personnel and resource, the supervision, examination of workflow to improve working efficiency.To make the workflow management system carry out the work to flow ,the change of logic according to the actual circumstance flexibly, to adapt the new changes in the process of enterprise running, to respond to the requirements of market, we are forced to improve the flexibility of workflow management system.The flexibility of workflow means, with the help of definition of workflow model and the engine of workflow, that workflow can adapt to the new changes of the enterprise business process without redefinition.This paper is about the researching of the technology of flexible workflow. Its content mainly is:First, we propose a workflow model FWFMS(Flexible Workflow Management System) which supported dynamic changes and set up a correctness restriction of workflow model. According to the scope in which the dynamic changes influence the workflow, we divide the workflow model into four sub-model: process model、resource model、organization model、information model. We show the flexibility of the workflow model by its four sub-model.Second, we propose the dynamic changes plan. This plan contains: dynamic changes of process instance and dynamic changes of process model. We discuss the" edition change" in dynamic changes of process model specially.At last,we use popular software technology to realize the flexible workflow management system and make a confirmation by a example.更多还原
