基于PC总线的电动轮汽车智能化加油系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 目前,矿山仍采用普通的加油机对电动轮汽车进行油料补给。由于给电动轮汽车保养的油液粘度较高,到了冬季,加油泵的负荷大,加油机的计量装置容易损坏,从而严重影响电动轮汽车的保养效率。江西铜业公司是亚洲最大的铜矿企业,为了提高江西铜业公司德兴铜矿厂电动轮汽车的加油效率和管理效能,适应其电动轮汽车油料补给的需要,本文研制开发了一种基于PC总线的电动轮汽车智能化加油系统。本加油系统采用PC总线的计算机控制,配合PCI-1713采集卡采集外部的加油量数据,PCI-1724控制卡控制管道电动球阀的开启和关闭,变频调速供油系统控制管道油压的恒定。从软件和硬件两方面着手,实现了电动轮汽车的智能化加油和油料的计算机管理。本文首先分析了矿山原来电动轮汽车的加油情况,提出了全新的电动轮汽车智能化加油方案;然后对加油系统的工作原理和各组成部分的设计进行了详细的介绍;文章最后对整个电动轮加油系统进行总结,提出了需要继续改进的问题和研究展望。整个系统的开发设计,以机械设计理论和自动控制理论为基础,通过实验室和加油现场反复的试验、调试、改进到完善,最终成功地研制了电动轮汽车智能化加油系统。

【Abstract】 At present,the mine company had still using ordinary refueling machine to supply oil for the electric wheel truck . Because the viscosity of the oil is higher,so the burden of oil pump is heavy and the measuring device of the refueling mechine is easy to damage in winter, it seriously influences the maintenance efficiency of the electric wheel truck. Jiangxi copper company is a largest copper enterprises in Asia,the paper researchs and develops a Intelligent refueling system of the electric wheel truck based on PC bus to improve the refueling efficiency of the electric wheel truck of Dexing copper plant of Jiangxi copper company and management efficiency so that to meet the refueling of the electric wheel truck.This refueling system controls by computer of the PC bus and combines with the PCI-1713 card for collecting the outer data and the PCI-1724 card for controlling open and close of the valve and the system of the variable frequency speed-regulating for controlling the stability of the oil pressure in pipeline .Proceeding with hardware and software, realizes intelligent refueling of the electric wheel truck and oil’s computer manager.First, this paper analyses the refueling situations of the original electric wheel truck and brings forth a brand-new intelligent refueling project; Then,the paper introduces in detail the work principle and the design of the components of the refueling system;Finally, the paper summarizes the whole electric wheel truck refueling system,and puts forward the follow-up improved problems and research propect.The development of the whole system,based on the design theory of machinery and automatical control theory . Eventually, the intelligent refueling control system has successfully been developed through the repeated test , debug, improvement and optimization in the laboratory and on the scene .
