焦化废水中氨氮的去除研究

【摘要】 近年来,炼焦企业急剧的增加,给我省带来了巨大的环境污染,而目前传统的生物处理工艺对焦化废水处理效果不够理想,特别是对氨氮处理效果更差。针对以上现状,我们研究出一条新型的焦化废水中氨氮脱除方法:首先采用化学法预处理焦化废水中高浓度的氨氮,使出水氨氮降至可满足生化处理要求;然后采用SBR工艺和生物接触氧化法进行处理,使出水满足国家一级排放标准。化学沉淀法预处理焦化废水中高浓度的氨氮研究:主要对化学沉淀法处理氨氮废水的操作条件、pH值、药剂投加量等影响因素进行了研究,采用药剂为Na2HPO4和MgSO4,在n(P)∶n(Mg)∶n(N)投加量为1∶1∶1、pH值=9、室温下对高浓度氨氮去除率大于94%,出水满足生化处理要求。试验找到了一种磷酸铵镁的提纯方法,提纯后纯度大于90%,符合肥料使用要求,达到了废物资源化的目的。SBR处理焦化废水中低浓度氨氮研究:主要对SBR工艺脱氮的运行周期和运行工序进行了研究,结果表明:最佳周期为8.0h,去除废水中氨氮的合理运行方式为:进水→短时缺氧搅拌→好氧曝气→缺氧搅拌→短时曝气→静置沉降→出水排泥→待机,在进水氨氮浓度低于140mg/l时,出水可达到国家一级排放标准,若进水浓度较高,则需要进一步的生化处理。生物接触氧化法处理焦化废水研究:试验选取了一种最佳的填料和挂膜方法,挂膜后生物膜呈现由点状分布→团状分布或块状分布→大致均匀的膜状分布→连续均匀分布的生长过程,该法对废水处理效果良好,出水浓度低于15mg/l,满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级排放标准。

【Abstract】 Coke plant wastewater is a kind of intractable waste water which is from the process of making coke. It contain high concentration of ammonia nitrogen and a number of toxic and difficult decompounded organic compounds. These brought severe harm to our environment and the health of human. So it is an important task for environmental researchers to find high efficiency and economical methods to remove ammonia nitrogen from coke plant wastewater. We find a new method for dispose ammonia nitrogen of coke plant wastewater. We adopt chemical precipitation method deal with high ammonia-nitrogen waste water, then use SBR+Biological contact oxidation deal with low ammonia-nitrogen waste water, finally,the water meet the standard.The chemical precipitation method with simple technology, fast reaction speed and high removal efficiency has been taken researched. Magnesium salt and phosphate salt are added into coke plant wastewater, and precipitation occurs at an optimal condition, to produce magnesium-ammonium-phosphate which is an insoluble compound and contains three nutrients of phosphorus、nitrogen and magnesium. Various factors affecting on ammonia nitrogen removal rate such as chemical precipitaters、pH value reaction temperature, dosages etc.are researched on this paper. The reagent choose Na2HPO4 and MgSO4, and the best condition is n(P): n(Mg):n(N)=l : 1 : 1、pH=9, the rate of ammonia nitrogen remove has more than 94%. We find a method for magnesium- ammonium-phosphate purification, the purity of product is more than 90%, and it can use as a composite fertilizer.In detail the flowing are studied on SBR technology: test and study on SBR technology, finding the basic rule of groundmass degradation through studying in a test the changes of COD and ammonia nitrogen difficult to be degraded in coke plant wastewater. The result shows that the best operation cycle is 8.0 hours, the optimization operation mode is water feeding→anoxic churn up transitorily→aerobic aerated→anoxic churn up→aerobic aerated transitorily→sedimentation→water export and discharge mud→waiting. The let water can meet the standard if the concentration of ammonia nitrogen is less than 140mg/L.Biological contact oxidation is a method which is widely used in wastewater treatment. In this paper, we searched a fast velocity of bio-film domestication method, and choose a best packing material. The result shows that COD and ammonia-nitrogen be low of 15mg/l, The water can vent standard.
