全自动电脑横机系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 全自动电脑横机是针织行业中技术含量较高的自动化机械,它融合了计算机数字控制、电子驱动、机械设计、电机驱动、针织工艺及软件工程等技术为一体,可以编织复杂的手摇横机无法完成的衣片组织。全自动电脑横机的开发一方面需要了解针织工业自身特点,熟悉针织工艺原理,明确横机功能机构;另一方面要灵活运用计算机软件技术等相关知识,只有把两方面紧密结合起来才能开发出性能优异的电脑横机。因此,根据针织工艺的编织原理以及相关理论,开发新型的全自动电脑横机及其控制系统是本论文研究的主要任务。本论文的重点有两方面的内容:一、花型准备系统的研究与实现;二、电脑横机控制器的硬件设计与软件设计。首先,阐述了电脑横机的国内外发展现状,解释了电脑横机的相关概念,并给出了研究的目的、意义和主要内容。其次,对花型准备系统进行功能分析,综合国内外先进技术和针织工艺,采用面向对象的设计方法制定了花型准备系统的总体方案,并对关键技术和主要模块进行详细阐述。由于横机的控制对象多且复杂,还有严格的时序要求,在分析了电脑横机控制系统的I/O量接口及控制要求之后,提出一个以ARM微处理器和FPGA器件为中心构建硬件平台、基于Linux的嵌入式横机控制系统解决方案;并且在控制器硬体基础上设计了一种可行的横机编织控制软件方案,完成相应的软件设计,实现了完善的横机控制功能。
【Abstract】 Full-automatic Computerized flat knitter is high technology equipment in knitting industry, which integrates Computer Numerical Control (CNC), electron technology, mechanical design, motor driver technology, knitting process and software engineering. Computerized flat knitter can knit a lot of complex tissue, which cannot be done by manual knitting machine. Two aspect of knowledge are necessary for successful development of full-automatic computerized knitting machine. Knowing about the trait of knitting industry, the process of knitting and the configuration of the machine are the first point, and using software technology and related control theory is the second. Combining the two aspects tightly can produce computerized knitting machine with perfect performance. Therefore, the main task of the dissertation is to develop the new full-automatic Computerized flat knitter and the control system.This dissertation includes two important parts. The first emphasis of the dissertation is search and realization of the new pattern preparation system of Computerized flat knitter; the second is the design of the controller of Computerized flat knitter.At first, the paper expatiates on domestic and foreign present situations of Full-automatic Computerized flat knitter, explains relative concept of Computerized flat knitter, and gives the goal of this paper and the main content of the paper.Secondly, the paper analyzes the function of the pattern preparation system, synthesizes the latest new-tech and textile technics of the world, adopts the object-oriented design method to make the whole project of the pattern preparation system. Form the analysis of the above, detailed introduction of the key and important modules is given.The objects which are to be controlled are complex and time- restricted, so after analyzing the requirement in control and I/O interface of the system, the dissertation proposes a design of an embedded control system based on ARM,FPGA and Linux for the flat knitter. Moreover, this paper proposes s doable software design on the existed hardware platform,and finishes the software coding. This system was provided with perfect knitter control function.
