企业计划与统计信息系统研究开发

【摘要】 计划与统计信息系统是企业管理信息系统的重要组成部分,对于辅助企业科学管理,提高企业的管理水平与竞争能力具有重要的实际意义。作者以企业实际需求为背景,展开了企业计划统计信息系统的研究开发。探讨了基于B/S模型的WEB信息系统三层架构以及工作流技术在计划审批中的应用;研究了ASRNET、XML、组件、WEB数据库等WEB信息系统开发技术。在理论与技术研究的基础上,应用UML进行了计划统计信息系统的分析与设计。在Microsoft.NET环境下编码实现了计划统计信息系统。该系统由计划、统计、系统管理三大子系统组成,具有企业计划、统计信息的收集、上报、审批、发布、维护、查询,待办业务提醒等实用功能,已在兖州煤业公司Intranet环境下实际运行。本文详细介绍了作者的上述研究开发工作。

【Abstract】 Planning and statistic system is the core part of Management Information System for enterprises, which will help enterprises to make scientific management over their business, and promote management performance and increase competitiveness.The author of this paper developed an enterprise planning and statistic system based on the actual needs of an enterprise. This paper discusses a three-layer B/S model used to construct Web information systems and how work-flow technology is adopted in planning and auditing; ASP.NET, XML, Component technologies are also analyzed in this paper. Based on the research work on different theories and technologies, the design the enterprise planning and statistic system was carried out using UML. The coding of the system was done in Microsoft .NET platform. This system is consisted of three main parts, which are planning, statistic, and management subsystems. These subsystems provide functions such as enterprise planning, statistic collecting, reporting, audition, publishing, system maintenance, query, and business remaining, etc. This system has been deployed at the Intranet of YunZhou Coal Company.This paper gives out the detailed development work for the planning and statistic system.
