基于WEB平台的犬病辅助诊断决策支持系统的研究

【摘要】 宠物犬作为陶冶情操、活跃气氛、消除寂寞、增加生活乐趣的工具,已经越来越多地走进居民家庭;同时随着我国军警犬事业的不断发展,军警犬的数量不断增多,军警犬正在刑侦、边防、缉毒、保卫等领域中,发挥着重要作用。但是,随着养犬者越来越多,犬病也在不断发生。本系统就是上述背景下,由公安部南京警犬研究所信息中心立项研制开发的。由于犬分布在不同的地域,得了病无法集中起来进行诊断,针对这一问题,系统采用了基于Browser/Server模式的Internet信息技术。对编程语言进行了比较分析后采用了当前较通用的Active Server Page网络编程语言,数据库管理软件选择了同是微软公司产品的SQL Server。本文详细介绍了基于WEB平台的犬病辅助诊断决策支持系统的研究思路与技术路线、系统结构与功能设计、系统的集成环境、数据库的构建与实现、系统的构建与实现以及系统的测试和推广应用情况等。论文详细阐述了各主要功能模块的构建和实现方法,如犬病诊断模块的设计思路、诊断过程的数据流程、程序的逻辑结构等;并对系统的关键技术进行了重点描述,如犬病知识的获取方法及获取过程、犬病诊治推理机的设计实现等。最后通过一个实例演示了本系统对犬病的诊断过程,依照预先所设计的问题进行回答,达到了预期的诊断结果。本研究是对基于WEB平台的辅助诊断系统的一次尝试,它解决了以往单机版辅助诊断系统应用范围窄、知识库更新缓慢、不能共享使用的缺点,使得诊断能够在任何时间、任何地点得到进行,这必将是一种趋势。但同时,基于WEB平台的应用必须依赖于网络,因此网络条件的好坏将会直接影响系统的运行。
【Abstract】 More and more many pet dogs walk into average families as the implement cultivating the temperament, enlivening an atmosphere, removing loneliness, increasing joie de vivre; at the same time, many war dogs and police dogs are bringing the important effect into play in fields such as border defense, detection, enforcing drug law and defending. But, the dog disease also is happening unceasingly.WEB Based Assistance Diagnosis Decision-making Support System for Dog Disease is developed under a project by the Ministry of Public Security Nanjing Police Dog Research Institute MSG CNTR. Since the dog scatters in different regions, there is no way to cany out mass diagnosis. Thereby, this system adopts Browser/Server pattern-based Internet technology specifically for this purpose. Programming language is the universally used Active Server Page network programming language, the data base management software is Microsoft SQL Server.The thesis gives a detailed introduction of the system, such as the train of thought and technology route, system structure and function design, system integration environment, data base structure construction and realization, system structure construction and realization, system testing, application and dissemination condition, and so on. Structuring and realizing method of every main function module, such as the design train of thought, technological process of data, logic structure of program, and so on is detailed; The priority is in the description of the key technology joining to system, such as the disease knowledge gaining method and gaining process, the dog disease diagnosing reasoning machine design realization, and so on. One example of diagnosis process is demonstrated. The result shows that the system can solve pre-established issues, providing the expected diagnosis.WEB Based Assistance Diagnosis Decision-making Support System for Dog Disease is a trial. It avoids such defects as the narrow application range, delayed renewal of the knowledge base of the past system. The feasible diagnosis is able to be in progress in any place, at any time, which will certainly be one kind of trend. But at the same time, the application of the WEB based system must be dependent on a network; therefore, network condition will have direct impact to systematic operation.
