【摘要】 改革开放以来，尤其是加入WTO以后，我国利用外商直接投资(FDI)取得了巨大的成功。在外商直接投资金额不断增多的同时，外商直接投资的进入方式也由改革开放之初以合资、合作为主向外商独资经营转变。那么，外商直接投资独资化的原因是什么?又会给我国经济带来什么样的影响呢?江苏省是我国引进外资卓有成效的省份之一，自20世纪80年代以来，江苏省利用外商直接投资的规模和形式都发生了显着的变化。2000年后，江苏省外商直接投资独资化趋势呈现愈演愈烈之势。因此，本文以江苏省为例，探讨外商直接投资独资化倾向产生的原因，并在此基础上通过实证方法分析了外商直接投资独资化所带来的经济影响。本文首先考察了我国外商直接投资独资化的发展历程，接着分析江苏利用外商直接投资独资化的演变轨迹，并总结了江苏外商直接投资独资化倾向的总体特征，包括资金来源、地区分布、产业分布等。其次，以外商直接投资股权变动理论为基础，从内外两个方面分析了外商直接投资独资化的动因，结果表明，外商直接投资的独资化趋势，一方面是我国投资环境不断改善的必然结果，另一方面也是外商调整对华投资战略的结果。然后，对外商直接投资独资化倾向对江苏经济的影响，从固定资产投资、经济增长、技术进步和劳动就业四个方面进行了实证分析。实证结果表明：外商直接投资的独资化趋势有利于江苏的经济增长和技术进步，但也对固定资产投资和江苏的劳动就业产生了挤出效应，同时外商直接投资的技术溢出效应不明显。最后，本文综合以上分析得出了结论，对江苏如何更好地利用外商直接投资提出相应的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since its opening up to foreign investors, especially after the entrance to WTO, China has obtained huge success in making use of FDI. As the amount increased, the modes of using FDI have changed from joined ventures(JVs) and cooperative ventures(CVs) to wholly-foreign-owned-enterprises(WFOEs).What caused the changes? And what influences the tendency of increasing wholly-foreign-owned-enterprises will make to China’ economic development ? Jiangsu is one of the most important Provinces in making use of FDI. Since 1980s, there have been a lot changes both in the scale and the modes of FDI, too. So this paper investigates the reasons of the tendency of WFOEs in Jiangsu Province, and also analyzed the influences to the economy .Firstly, the emphasis is on the general description of the FDI’s whole ownership inflowing process and the general characteristics of FDI’ whole ownership in Jiangsu Province.Secondly, analyzed the reasons which coursed the tendency of the FDI sole ownership from two aspects, and indicated that the foreign direct investment sole ownership tendency was coursed by both the investment environment progressive improvement of our country and the adjustment of the investment strategy of the multinational companies.Thirdly, analyses the influences imposed by the WFOEs to the economy of Jiangsu Province. The empirical results indicated that, the tendency of the increasing wholly foreign-owned enterprises has positive effects such as boosting the development of economy, making progress in technology in Jiangsu Province, at the same time it will squeeze out the domestic investment in , reduce the employment and weaken the technical spillover effect.At last, based on the empirical conclusion, the article put forward several suggestions to make full use of the foreign direct investment in Jiangsu Province.更多还原
