高动态性能稀土永磁同步电动机的设计研究

【摘要】 稀土永磁同步电动机是20世纪70年代初期出现的一种新型永磁电机,其具有体积小、重量轻、效率高、特性好等一系列优点,成为新一代航空、航天和航海用电机的重要发展方向。由于稀土永磁同步电动机结构复杂多样,媒质交界面曲直交错,使得稀土永磁同步电动机的设计变得比较复杂,计算准确度比较差;另外,稀土永磁同步电动机中一些特殊的电磁过程和一些专门问题如磁极结构形状与尺寸的优化、永磁体的局部失磁问题等都是设计的难点。本文在掌握稀土永磁同步电动机结构和磁路特点的基础上,致力于研究稀土永磁同步电动机的电磁设计。对稀土永磁同步电动机的设计过程和在设计上如何提高其动态性能,及如何提高稀土永磁同步电动机设计的计算准确程度,进行了深入的研究。文章介绍了稀土永磁同步电机的各种不同结构形式及其特点;分析了稀土永磁同步电机的磁路特点和运行原理;深入讨论了稀土永磁同步电动机稳态性能和动态性能的影响因素及计算方法。重点研究了稀土永磁同步电动机的设计特点及设计方法。给出了稀土永磁同步电动机的电磁设计过程;深入研究了在设计上提高稀土永磁同步电动机动态性能的措施和方法。用Visual Basic编程语言开发了稀土永磁同步电动机的电磁设计软件,提高了设计效率。最后运用电磁场有限元分析软件Maxwell 2D对本论文的设计样机进行了电磁场分析和仿真,利用其分析和仿真结果对电磁设计的计算结果进行校核。结果表明电动机的磁路设计合理,输出性能良好,达到了设计的要求。

【Abstract】 Rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor(RPMSM) is a new-stylepermanent magnet motor that come forth in the 1970s. Because it has the excellence ofhigh efficiency, smaller bulk, lighter weight, finer characteristic etc, RPMSM turnsinto the application of aviation, spaceflight and navigation. The configuration ofRPMSM is very complex, so it is very hard to get accurate calculation for the RPMSM,and the design of RPMSM is quite intricacy. In addition, some special electromagneticprocess and some specialties problems is the difficulty of the design of RPMSM, forexample, the optimize design of the shape and dimension of the magnetic pole, thedemagnetization of the magnet.In this paper, based on the characteristic of the configuration and magnetic fieldof RPMSM, the electromagnetism design of RPMSM is in-depth researched. Thedesign process, the measure to improve the dynamic performance and the calculatingprecision of RPMSM are studied.This paper presents the various configuration and its traits of RPMSM, analyzethe characteristic of the magnetic field and the principle, and discuss the characteristicof the steady and instantaneous state of RPMSM.The design method and its trait of RPMSM are mainly researched, the process ofthe electromagnetic design is listed, the measure and method to improve the dynamiccharacteristic of RPMSM in design are in-depth researched. And used the Visual Basic6.0 as a tool, developed the electromagnetism design software to improve theefficiency of design.The electromagnetic field of the design sample have been analyzed in detail bythe finite element analysis software Maxwell 2D. The result of the analysis is used tocheck back the calculation result of the electromagnetism design. The result indicatesthat the electromagnetism design is appropriate and that the performance is excellent toaccord with the request of design.
