磁流变阻尼半主动控制系统研究

【摘要】 目前,振动控制技术在理论和工程应用方面都得到了迅猛发展。半主动控制以其控制效果接近主动控制而仅需极小能源的优点而成为近年来振动控制研究的热点之一。磁流变液是近年来已取得长足发展的智能材料,以其开发的磁流变阻尼器具有结构简单、阻尼力连续可调、反应迅速、出力大、能耗小等优点,成为新一代的变阻尼半主动控制器件,应用前景非常广阔。本文对磁流变阻尼器在半主动控制方面的应用进行了研究。首先,简述了磁流变阻尼器的工作原理和应用范围。建立了磁流变阻尼器的理论模型和试验模型。以半主动悬挂系统为控制对象,研究了磁流变阻尼半主动控制系统的控制结构形式及控制策略。基于Simulink对控制系统进行了仿真研究,验证半主动控制策略控制效果。最后,提出了控制系统的设计方案及试验方案。
【Abstract】 In recent years, vibration control technologies have been improved rapidly in both theoretical research and engineering application. Semiactive control has become an attractive research field because it can reach to the nearly same effect of active control with less energy. As a typical smart material, magnetorheologic (MR) fluids are mature and commercially available. MR dampers based on MR fluids has become a typical representative of semiactive controllable devices with simple structure, controllable damping force, rapid response, strong damping force, and less energy consumption. The application of MR damper has become more and more widely.This paper’s research is mainly about MR damper’s application in semi-active control field. Firstly, the principle and application fields of MR damper are introduced. The modeling of MR damper include theory modeling and experientment modeling. Choosing semi-active suspension as the control model, research about the control structure and algorithm of semi-active control system are done. The control system is analyzed by Simulink simulation, which proves the control effect. At last, the design of control system and ways of experientment are introduced.
