【摘要】 从20世纪50年代开始,我国高校陆续建立了辅导员制度,辅导员工作成为高校育人的重要环节。随着时代的发展,辅导员角色定位也有了新的变化,我们过去十分强调辅导员的政治功能,如今辅导员的服务功能和辅导功能正被高等教育工作者所重视,而其传统的政治职能被逐渐淡化。高校辅导员作为对高校学生发展以及学校管理具有重要作用的特殊群体,其工作越来越受到人们的关注。高校辅导员工作作为一个实践性极强的职业领域,其相关理论和实践随着高等教育的大众化而不断变迁并日益完善。中国高等教育由精英型向大众化转变,必然会对高校的辅导员工作提出新的要求和挑战。而辅导员队伍专业化建设是完善我国高校辅导员工作的切入点,现阶段对我国高校辅导员队伍专业化建设的研究可以为我国的辅导员工作改革提供新的视角。本文在考察我国高校辅导员具体实践工作和相关政策文献的基础上,通过梳理我国高校辅导员发展的历史脉络,分析了现阶段高校辅导员工作中存在的问题及其原因,指出专业化建设是我国高校辅导员队伍建设的出路。论文重点探讨了专业化建设的必要性和现实可行性。最后指出了专业化建设的困难与制约条件,提出了辅导员队伍专业化建设的途径,一是明确辅导员队伍建设的基本目标和总体要求,二是完善辅导员队伍建设的领导和管理体制,三是完善辅导员队伍建设的机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1950s the system of higher institution counselor was set up in China, and the work of counselor has been an important chain in higher institution education. With the development of times, the orientation of the counselor’s role changes, and the function of counselor puts importance to service and tutorship instead of politics and education before. And the university counselor, as a special team which plays an important role in the work of student affairs and the ideological and political work in higher institutions, whose work has been paid more and more attention to.As a professional field with strong practicality, the theory, function and system of higher institution counselor’s work have consummated with the massification of higher education. Chinese higher education changing from elitist to mass necessarily puts forward new requirements and challenges for higher institution counselor’s work. The specialization construction of counselor staff is the cut-in point for the research of higher institution counselor’s work, and the research of which in present China could provide a new perspective for the reform of our university counselor’s work.Based on the research of counselor’s practical work and of correlative policy texts in China, this paper mainly analyses the problems and causes of present higher institution counselor’s work through carding the history of development of higher institution counselor in China, points out that the specialization is the way out for the construction of higher institution counselor staff, discusses the necessity and feasibility of specialization construction, brings forward the approaches, and indicates the difficulties and constrains in it.更多还原
