通用型水库群优化调度系统分析与设计

【摘要】 现有水库优化调度软件系统一般针对特定流域建模和编写算法。当进行其他流域的开发或本流域有新的水电站加入时,需要从头开始。对于水库调度软件这一特定的领域来说,不同流域的开发从需求设计到计算模型、计算方法都有很多相近或相似的地方,“从零开始”的研发模式存在大量重复性的劳动,生产效率低下。目前我国的水电开发遵循“流域、梯级、滚动、综合”的方针,水电工程的滚动开发导致了原有水库群结构的动态变化,加剧了原有水调系统的更新换代的需求,导致生产成本过高。所以开发通用型的水库发电调度系统以适应动态变化的水库群结构是当务之急。本文应用软件复用技术和领域工程的相关理论,首先从不同流域的水库调度系统的共性和变化性的角度进行分析,得出了通用化的水库调度系统的设计目标和主要任务。接着从五个方面―流域水库群建模工具、可编辑的水库调度数学模型、通用型算法设计、动态系统的拓扑结构描述和系统框架的构建(软件结构方面)―对通用化的水库调度系统展开了论述,并分析了他们之间的关系,提出了通用化水调系统从模型到算法的一整套解决方案。本系统以四川省电网水电站群为例,介绍了系统的应用过程,取得了较高的工程效益。本文完成的主要工作包括:创建了图形化的流域建模工具;采用回溯方法生成整个流域的树型示意图,生成代表计算顺序的链表结构;探讨了开关量控制和数学模型公式编辑器两种可编辑数学模型的解决方案;编写了用于单库计算的通用型动态规划算法,论述了进行水库群优化调度时通用型算法的选用及与流域拓扑描述的关系,最后结合拓扑结构预处理模块,探讨了通用化的DPSA算法的编写。最后对本文的成果进行了总结,并提出有待进一步解决的问题。

【Abstract】 The current reservoir operation systems are usually designed for particular river basins. When developing for other rivers, we must design the system again and again. There are lots of common elements in reservoir operation systems developed for different watershed, such as basin physical elements, model designing and algorithm designing. In order to improving effectiveness and efficiency of reservoir operation systems, this paper abstracts the commonness things from different reservoir operation systems, and build a hydropower modeling tool and some general purpose models. Using this computer aided modeling tool, we can implement this system for particular rivers quickly.Based on the theoretical research on software reuse and domain engineering, this paper first analysis the commonness and variability of reservoir operation decision support system,then point out the main tasks of general purpose system. These are the foundations of the solution for the new system in the following parts of this paper. This paper analysis the new kind system from five aspects, such as watershed multireservoir modeling tool, general purpose math models, general purpose algorithm, topology description for dynamic systems and system framework, then it discusses the relations among the five aspects and gives a suit of solutions for the new system.Graphic multireservoir modeling tools are built in the new system, and it applies a topology algorithm module to cope with calculation order. Cooperating with the module of topology algorithm, the new system applies generalized dynamic programming algorithm for single reservoir optimal operation and generalized dpsa algorithm for multireservoir.At the end, an example is provided for the Yangtse River watershed in Sichuan Province. The implementation of new system has brought marked engineering benefit in the Sichuan province.
