土壤源热泵实验研究与经济性分析

【摘要】 土壤源热泵空调系统具有高效节能、环境污染小、运行稳定可靠、运行费用低等优点。但是,由于土壤源热泵系统初投资大,且其运行费用小的优点不够突出,很难为用户所接受,因此必须对其经济性进行比较,以确定其节能的经济性。本文首先介绍热泵的发展过程和分类,继而引出本文的研究背景,并且对地源热泵的应用前景做了恰当的分析。土壤源热泵的蓬勃发展离不开政策的扶持和技术上的支持,国家和科研单位都为其发展作出了努力。然后结合我们实验室的具体实验条件,在冬夏两次实验的基础上,分析了土壤源热泵的运行特性和地下土壤温度变化规律,指出了武汉地区地下10米以下土壤常年稳定在16度左右,并对土壤源热泵运行中的问题作出了解释,提出了设计和运行的要点。文章针对实验室的既有建筑,结合热泵系统的实际情况,运用热经济分析法,分别对风冷热泵方案、水源热泵方案和土壤源热泵方案在初投资、运行费用、环保性能等重要方面进行了经济性比较分析。由于建筑物能耗直接关系到空调系统的运行性能,本文采用清华的DeST软件-来计算建筑物逐时负荷,该软件能够逐时模拟出建筑物的全年负荷。在此基础上,分别选择不同方案,并计算各自的初投资和运行费用,来判断方案的优劣。最后结果表明,虽然地源热泵的初投资在所有方案中是最高的,但是经济性比风冷热泵要好。最后,根据实际需要,提出了一种基于数据库的土壤源热泵能耗分析软件的编程思路。此法的最大特点是能够根据用户提供的土壤源热泵的信息以及前期模拟的能耗表格,自动计算出最大计算负荷,并从数据库查找相应的机组供用户选择。再根据埋管情况计算埋管系统的压头损失和机组的水流量,匹配相应大小的水泵。最后还可以根据逐时负荷率的变化,推算出机组的逐时耗电量,更精确的分析出土壤源热泵的经济性,比用常规的估算方法得到的耗电量精确得多。

【Abstract】 GSHP system has advantages as high efficiency , little environment pollution , stable running and low running cost , but it still hard to be accept by consumer because the initial investment is large and its adventage of low running cost is not obvious . so it is necessary to compare it with orther heat pump and establish its energy-saving character .At the beginning of the text , the development process and sort of heat pump were introduced and then gone to the background of the reseach , gave a reasonable analysis of the prospect of GSHP application . As a new concept , GSHP’s boom can’t be true without the political and technical support of government . now government and scientific research institution have made a lot of progress in these area . took full advantage of the existing experimental condition of our lab , at the base of summer experiment and winter experiment , we analyzed the running character of GSHP and temperature change rule and indicated that the temperature of soil down to 10 meter of wuhan city steady at 16 centigrade about . we also explained the problems appearin the experiment and gave the emphase of design and runing of GSHP .Took the exiting building of the lab as the example , considering with the heatpump running fact, the text carried out the economy comparation about GSHP,ASHP and WSHP in initial investment , running cost , and environment protecting aspects using heat economy analysis method.due to energy consumption relate to the proformance of air conditioning system , the text adopt Qinghua’s software-DeST to simulate the time-to-time load of the building . based on the load , using different heatpump equipment , and caculate each initial investment and running cost , then dicide which one is the best . The result show that though the initial investment of GSHP is the highest,its economy characteris better than ASHP .In the last part of the text , the text bring forward a new GSHP energy consumption analysis programming notion based on database . The most character is that it can auto select the biggest load according to the GSHP information user provided and early time-to-time load simulation sheet , then scan the database and find out corresponding equipment for user choose . it can also rechon the real-time electricity-consumption according to the real-time load change and get a relative accurate result compare with other routine guesstimate mathod .
