【摘要】 在当今,随着科技的进步、社会的发展,特别是网络技术的日新月异,信息己经成为影响企业发展的最主要因素之一,因此企业信息化的建设对于企业的生存和发展具有重要意义。但是许多企业在积极引入ERP时,并没有真正的从自身情况出发,而是盲目的跟进,给企业带来了很大的损失。本文从分析企业实施ERP的误区入手,强调企业实施ERP战略应进行理性的思考,最后提出企业成功实施ERP战略的解决方案。从分析企业资源计划(ERP)战略管理思想出发,详细论述了ERP在我国企业管理创新中的作用及影响,并对成功实施ERP的方法,提出了自己的看法。本文针对基于数据仓库和数据挖掘理论的电信ERP系统的架构及其相关技术进行了较为系统的研究。首先阐述了论文研究的背景和意义,分析了电信企业信息化国内外现状及发展趋势,并从概念和发展历程两个方面对ERP理论进行了系统的研究。在此基础上提出了建立电信ERP系统的必要性,并结合数据仓库和数据挖掘的技术特点,分析选择Microstrategy报表实现电信ERP的优势,并给出了长途资源ERP作为具体例子。给出了电信企业利用数据仓库和数据挖掘技术实现的决策支持系统的逻辑架构和物理架构,并简单介绍了该系统中的几种数据挖掘方法以及几种查询策略。在分布式数据库系统中,由于数据的物理分布使得分布式查询处理增加了许多新的复杂性,不同的查询处理策略,其查询处理代价和复杂度是大不一样的。分布式数据库系统的查询优化和集中式数据库系统相比,显得更为重要。文章在充分讨论查询优化和策略的基础上,着重论述了一种分布式数据库系统查询优化策略是如何影响查询性能的。本文的研究是基于数据仓库和数据挖掘思想上的ERP系统,在项目实施过程中进行了大量的测试和设计工作,所做的工作对于同类型的系统研究具有很好的借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, with the progress of science and technology, the development of society, especially the change of the network technology, information has a beady become one of the main factors of influencing enterprise’s development.So it means a lot to build ERP system to make it sure that our enterprise be able to survive and make a development.Many enterprises had failed in using ERP system because they established the system blindly without basing on their own facts.This paper analyses the error in the implementation of ERP firstly, and emphasizes the rational consideration in the strategy,finally draws out a solution for actualizing the ERP in the enterprises successfully. With an analysis of the strategic concept of Enterprise Resource Planning management ,this paper discusses the role and influence of ERP on enterprise management innovation in China.It also puts forward some ideas on how to implement ERP successfully.This thesis has done comparatively systematic studying to the framework of the telecommunication enterprise resource plan system based on Microstategy and relevant technology mainly. First describe the background and significance of the research, analyzed the information-based domestic and international present condition of the telecommunication business enterprise and develop trend. And respectively analyze in two facts, the concept and development process. Being on this foundation put forward building up telecommunication ERP system, and combine the technique characteristics of the Microstrategy platform. Analyze the advantage that the choice Microstrategy carries out telecommunication ERP.This paper gives the logic and physical frames of decision support system in telecom with data warehouse and data mining,and introduces several methods of data mining in this system. When adding distributed data into the database system , distributed query process is more difficult and complicated.The cost of query process is different due to different query process tactics. Query optimization in distributed system is more important and it has more notable effect . In this article , we discuss the purposes and tactics , and present how the different order effect the performance.The research bases data warehouse and data mining telecommunication resource plan system. The system is heavily tested during the research and implementation. It is very helpful for the related research.更多还原
