基于回归算法的测色仪器研究

【摘要】 颜色是自然界物质的最主要的客观属性之一。长期以来对颜色表征仅限于主观的形容词汇,更谈不上定量的测量。随着社会的发展,实时、便捷、定量的测色仪器有着越来越重要的应用价值。目前市场已有的测色仪器按照工作原理可分为基于光谱的测色仪器和基于目视比较的测色仪器,前者需要采集物体的连续光谱特性而机构复杂,后者因依赖于操作者的主观判断而精度不高。本文以扩展应用领域为出发点,提出一种高精度、结构简单测色仪器设计方案。首先本文从色度学和回归算法的基本原理出发,通过对色度学中颜色匹配原理的推导分析,创新地将多项式回归的数学方法引入颜色检测中,通过对颜色匹配方程的数学推导得出测色中适用的回归算法模型,给出了这一模型的适用条件和参数确定方法;然后本文通过大量有色溶液样本的标准三刺激值与回归三刺激值进行对比,从实际测量数据上验证了回归测色的确实可行,并且详细分析讨论了不同回归模型对测色精度的影响,指出了改进测量精度的途径。最后本文设计了基于单片机的便携式液体测色仪器硬件与软件系统,编制了PC上颜色仿真复现程序用以直观的对比测量结果。实验结果表明,回归算法用于颜色检测是能够获得相当的测量精度,而且在回归模型中对色空间分区和引入高次项能够显著改善绝大部分样品的测量精度;实验中制作的便携式液体测色仪器样机运行稳定,测量结果远高于目视型测色仪器。相信这一研究成果能够显著拓宽已有测色仪器的应用领域。

【Abstract】 Color is one of the most important objective attribute of material in the world. Expression of color only limited to the subjective description vocabulary, let alone quantitative measurement for a long time. With the development of society, real-time, convenient, quantitative standardized color detection technique and color examining instrument have more and more using value. The realization of traditional instrument based on spectrum method and the visual color method already had some application in the market, but in very conditions. The former needs to gather the continuous spectrum characteristic of the object but the organization is complicated, the latter, because the subjective judgement depending on the operator, precision is not good.This paper set out from colormetry and basic principle of regression algorithm at first. With the analysing of mathing principle in colormetry, this paper leading the regression algorithm into color measurement. According to colorimetry principle, regression algorithm have obtained good result in used in color transformation of different color space match, mathing in color space and color measurement is one problem essentially, therefore can know according to the same principle, the method that regresion algorithm is be able to be used to measure a color, and making color instrument is possiable. The creative of this paper is leading regrssion algorithm into the field of color measurment based on mathing theory in color space .and also Set up liquid color measurement instrument with this principle, and discuss accuracy with diffirent regression model. Furthermore the color emulation recurrence program is generated on PC for theintuitionistic comparison of measurement result.The experimental result indicates that color instrument based on regression algorithm obtains the good precision in lab, and testing in some diffirent regression mode can introduce precision in evidence. The portable liquid color examining instrument runs steadily, and it get higher precision than the visual type color instrument. It is believed that this research results can widen the application of traditional color instrument.
