同步磁阻电机的矢量控制研究

【摘要】 数控机床将高效、高精度和高柔性集为一体,是一种比较理想的机床,它对驱动系统提出了很高的要求。数控机床主轴驱动系统作为机床最核心的关键部件之一,它不但要求较高的速度精度,而且要求连续输出的高转矩能力和非常宽的恒功率运行范围。本文首先对现有的交流电机主轴驱动系统进行了概述。提出可用同步磁阻电机作为机床的主轴驱动,并且比较各种电机作为主轴驱动的优劣,指出同步磁阻电机作为主轴驱动的优势。分析了几种永不磁阻电机的控制策略,最大转矩控制,最大转矩变化率控制,最大功率因数控制,感应轴恒电流控制。并提出同步磁阻电机的弱磁控制方案。第三章介绍了数字PI调节器和PWM策略。PI调节是经典控制理论中简单、实用的控制方法。电流调节器依靠脉宽调制技术(PWM技术)将输出的电压指令信号转变为三相的PWM信号,分别驱动逆变器的三个桥臂,从而实现空间矢量控制,驱动电机。第四章介绍了控制器的硬件和软件。控制器是以DSP(TMS320LF2808B)和IPM为核心的全数字电路。最后介绍了系统的实验装置,给出了试验的结果。通过实验比较其与永磁同步电机的转矩特性,阐明同步磁阻电机是机床主轴驱动比较理想的机种。

【Abstract】 Numerical control machine tool is high efficiency, high precision, high flexible machine. As an ideal machine tool, it requires a high performance drive system. To be one of the most important part, Spindle drive not only requires high precision but also requires invariableness torque output and wide range invariableness power output.Some kinds of AC motor spindle drive systems available are summarize ed first in this paper. Indicated that Synchronous reluctance machine can be used as Spindle drive. Compared the advantage and disadvantage of them.Indicated the virtue of the synchronous reluctance machine as spindle driver.Analyzed several control strategies for synchronous reluctance machines. The three main control strategies considered have as their objectives to allow maximum rated torque, maximum rate of change of torque and maximum power factor, Constant current in d-axis control.Digital PI regulators which are simple applied control method, and Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technique are introduced in Chapter 3. By using the three phase inverter to generate the space vector PWM, to drive the Synchronous reluctance machine.Chapter 4 introduces the hardware and software of the controller. Especially, the hardware is the fully digital circuit based on TMS320LF2808B and IPM. Finally, the experiment equipments are introduced, and the experiment result are presented. The result proves that compared with PMSM, Synchronous reluctance machine is ideal for spindle drive.
