基于网络的船舶主动力装置运行参数监测系统的研究

【摘要】 船舶主动力装置运行正常与否直接影响到船舶航行的安全性和运行的经济性,因此对船舶主动力装置运行参数进行监测具有十分重要的作用。随着船舶向大型化、自动化方向发展,对船舶主动力装置运行参数监测提出了更高的要求。结合测试技术、单片机技术、网络技术等的飞速发展,本文以船舶主动力装置特别是船舶柴油机为研究对象,设计了一种基于网络的船舶主动力装置运行参数监测系统。论文首先对国内外船舶监测系统的研究情况作了概述,明确本文研究工作的主要内容。在对船舶主动力装置被测量参数进行分析的基础上,给出参数测量方法。提出了一种监测系统设计方案,采用基于网络通讯进行数据传输的多模块分散采集和计算机集中监测的方式对主动力装置运行时的多参数和多台设备进行监测。研制了具有智能化、集成化、网络化、模块化等的数据采集模块,该模块可以在现场独立的对被测量信号直接进行采集和处理,并转化为数字量后传送到监测计算机。数据采集模块和集中监测计算机之间采用网络通讯可保证数据在长距离传输时的可靠性和快速性。本文除了对数据采集模块进行了信号输入电路、信号处理电路、数据采集电路等硬件设计和软件设计外,用单片机实现网络通讯是本系统的难点和关键技术之一。通过对单片机的选型、网络通讯硬件设计以及网络通讯驱动程序设计、寄存器配置程序设计和网络通讯协议程序设计等软件设计,实现了应用单片机进行TCP/IP协议的数据传输。模块的初始配置通过串行通讯来完成,对集中监测计算机也进行了程序设计。初步的试验及调试结果表明本系统达到了设计要求,并且具有组态灵活和方便的特点。

【Abstract】 The main power unit of watercraft running normally or not is directly influence the navigation security and economics of watercraft. So it is important to monitor the running parameters of main power unit. With the development of watercraft scale-up and automatization, high performance monitoring system is required to monitor the running status of main power unit by using the testing technique, single-chip microprocessor technique and network technique.A running parameter monitoring system of main power unit of watercraft based on network communication is designed in this paper. Firstly, the current development status of watercraft monitoring system is introduced, and the main research work in this paper is presented. Analyzed the running parameter of main power unit of watercraft, the parameters measuring methods are introduced. In this paper a monitoring system design scheme is presented. The multi-module distributed system and the centralized-monitor computer are used to monitor the multi-parameter and multiple units. A data acquisition module with integration; modularization; intelligence and based on network communication is designed to acquire and process the field analog signal to digital signal and transmit the data to the centralized-monitor computer by network.The signal input; signal process and data acquisition circuits of the data acquisition module are designed and how to implement network communication in single chip microprocessor is the key part. Through single-chip microprocessor selecting, network communication hardware and software designing, Ethernet chip driver programming and register configuration programming, the single-chip microprocessor implements network data communication. The initialization configuration of the data acquisition module is completed by serial communication.The experiments and the debugging results show that the system can work normally and satisfy the design demands.
