【摘要】 发动机试验是考核发动机的动力性、经济性和工作可靠性以及检查整机和零部件的制造质量、可靠性和耐磨性等不可缺少的手段,也是研究、设计、制造新型发动机的一个必不可少的重要环节。为了能严格控制试验条件和模拟发动机的各种工况,发动机试验通常在试验台架上进行。发动机试验台架是发动机性能测试的主要设备,其自动化水平、测控精度直接影响试验数据的采集和分析。为确保生产中的测量及控制精度和提高自动化水平,采用PLC控制的发动机试验台架测控系统是今后发展的必然趋势。本文主要介绍发动机试验台架研发的整个过程,讨论了发动机试验台架中起动系统、供油系统、进水系统、排水系统、PLC控制系统、TD200文本显示器等系统的设计与实现。在考虑了系统所需实现的功能、硬件的工作环境、各种元件的综合性能指标及合理匹配的条件后,进行了测控系统的硬件设计。同时,考虑软件的整体构成,进行了参数编辑、系统监控、全自动控制等程序的设计,能够完成系统的监控、报警、显示等功能。并针对试验台架研发过程中的重要方面作了分析,详尽介绍了各系统的结构、工作原理,着重阐述了各系统中关键硬件的设计和专用软件的编程。整个试验台架不仅自动化程度高、操作方便、显示直观,而且较大程度地改善了试验人员的工作环境,节约了相当的时间和人力,提高了劳动生产率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The engine test is essential means which can check engine’s power, economic, reliability of work and can inspect the manufacture’s quality, reliability and wear resistance of engine and its parts. It is important tache of researching, designing, manufacturing the new-type engine, too. The engine is usually tested on test-bed in order to strictly control test’s condition and simulate the different load condition.Engine test-bed is the main equipment of testing the performance of engines. Its lever of automation and control precision will affect the tested data’s collection and analysis directly. To insure control precision in the manufacture and to improve the level of automation, it is the trend of development to apply the PLC control system for engine test-bed experiment.This paper mainly introduces the whole research process of the engine test-bed system and discusses the design and implementation of engine test-bed of starting system, fuel supply system, water injection system, drainage system, PLC control system, TD200 show panel, and so on. After the function realization of system, the working condition of the hard ware, integrative performance and rational matching of various components are considered, the hardware is designed. At the same time, the software is systematically designed, which include editing the parameters, watching and controlling the system, auto-controlling, and so on. So that the system can realize the function of watching and controlling, giving alarm, displaying the reports of the experiments. Aiming at the important aspects in research process of the engine test-bed, it introduces the structure, working principle of the diversified systems in particular and expatiates on the design of pivotal hardware and programme of special software.
