基于ARM-Windows CE的嵌入式数控系统的研究

【摘要】 当今嵌入式技术的发展突飞猛进,嵌入式系统在很多产业中得到广泛应用并逐步改变着这些产业。嵌入式技术的发展同样也影响到了数控技术的发展。论文综述了当前开放式数控系统国内外发展现状,并分析了几种主流开放式数控系统体系结构的优缺点,进而提出了利用ARM处理器和Windows CE操作系统开发一个基于ARM-WinCE嵌入式数控系统的原型系统的想法。论文论述了如何构建ARM-WinCE数控系统基于S3C2410开发板的硬件平台和基于Windows CE.Net的软件平台;在ARM微处理器上构建了基于Windows CE的数控操作系统内核,并利用VIVI Boot Loader把定制的映像加载到S3C2410开发板中去。本文重点针对ARM处理器芯片,利用流接口驱动程序结构实现了蓝牙串口驱动程序的开发,实现了ARM-WinCE数控系统中机床控制器和移动控制器的蓝牙通信;研究了如何利用S3C2410处理器的PWM定时器和Windows CE的中断机制进行数控系统的实时控制。

【Abstract】 Now the embedded technical development progresses by leaps and bounds, theembedded system obtains the widespread application in very many industries and ischanging these industries gradually. The embedded technical development similarlyalso affected the numerical control technology development. The paper summarizedthe current state of Open-Architecture CNC system at home and abroad and hasanalyzed several kind of mainstream Open-Architecture CNC system architecturegood and bad points. Then proposed an idea of developing a prototype systembased on the ARM-WinCE CNC system made use of ARM processor and WindowsCE operating system.The paper discussed how to build ARM-WinCE CNC system’s hardwareplatform based on S3C2410 development board and software platform based onWindows CE.Net. Construction CNC kernel on the ARM microprocessor based onthe Windows CE operating system, and the use of VIVI Boot Loader customizedimage loading to S3C2410 development board the same time.This paper focused on the ARM processor chip, using stream interface driverprogram structure to achieve a Bluetooth serial port driver development, achievedBluetooth communication between machine controller and mobile controller inARM-WinCE CNC system. Researched on how to use PWM timers of the S3C2410processor and Windows CE interrupt mechanism to progress the CNC systemreal-time control.
