【摘要】 本文从价值观的一般理论开始，通过对价值观本质、价值观的内容结构及其社会功能的分析，引出社会价值观这一概念。而后层层递进，进一步引出社会主导价值观的概念以及与之相关的一般理论内容。文章由理论入手，在相关的理论分析基础上，然后转到当前的社会现实。目前我国施行的是社会主义市场经济。在社会主义市场经济时期由于体制转轨以及全球化带来的国际文化渗透，导致人们在价值取向上的多元化。价值取向的多元化以及价值客体的匮乏是形成当前价值冲突的根本原因。在多种价值冲突的情况下，构建社会主导价值观实为急迫。文中详细深入分析了我国社会主义市场经济特点及其社会功能，同时对集体主义价值观的作了较为全面的阐释，揭示了集体主义作为社会主义市场经济条件下的主导价值观与社会主义市场经济具有内在统一性。并进一步指出集体主义价值观与“以人为本”价值观在本质上的一致性，从而赋予了集体主义新的内涵。最后总结出集体主义价值观是社会主义市场经济条件下的主导价值观。文章的最后通过对当代大学生价值观的现状及其成因的分析，指出大学生的价值中心由群体本位向个体本位、由单一取向向多元取向、由理想主义取向向世俗化和物质性偏移倾向。在此基础上对当代大学生在价值观上存在的主要问题及其成因进行了深入的分析，从而提出了培养和构建大学生价值观的应对方法，确定了集体主义在培养和构建大学生正确价值观中的导向作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main body of this article proceeds with general theory of the outlook on values, through the analysis of the essence of outlook on values, structural and social function of ontent of the outlook on values, thus draws the concept of the social leading factor outlook on values. And has analyzed society outlook on values function further. Then after layer upon layer progressives, draws forth society leading factor outlook on values concept and the sort theory content being related to that further. The article obtains by the theory, in the related theoretical analysis foundation, then changes to the current social reality. At present our country execution is socialist market economy. In socialist market economy time because the system transfers to a different track as well as the globalization brings the international cultural infiltration, leads to people take the diversification facing in value appearing on ideology field. Value object deficiency is also the basic reason to form current value conflict. In existence, under many kinds of values conflict situation, constructs the society leading factor outlook on values actually to be urgent.In the article detailed has thoroughly analyzed our country socialist market economy characteristic and its the social function, simultaneously has given the explanation to the collectivism values. Has revealed the collectivism having inherent unitarity as leading factor outlook on values and socialist market economy under socialist market economy condition. And further points out the collectivism outlook on values and "people-oriented " outlook on values is in the essentially uniformity, thus has entrusted with the collectivism new connotation. Finally summarizes the collectivism outlook on values is under the socialist market economy condition outlook on values.Finally the article has analyzed the contemporary university student outlook on values present situation and its the origin, points out the university student value center by the community Selfish departmentalism to the individual Selfish departmentalism, by the unitary choose to multielement choose, by the idealism orientation to common customs and materiality displacement. And has pointed out the university student outlook on values the main question concentrates in the belief lacks, the value is anxious, the individualism multiplies and the mammonism gains ground on. Then has analyzed the origin reasons of the university student outlook on values, including the social reason, the cultural reason and the university student own reason. Then has brought forward the method of training and structuring university student outlook on values, has ascertained the collectivism is the guiding effect in cultivating and building in correct outlook on values of the university student.更多还原
