【摘要】 医院感染已经不仅是一个全球性有关医院人群健康的重要问题,而且也是衡量一个医院管理水平和医疗质量的重要指标。大量资料表明在全球大多数国家尤其是发展中国家中医院感染的严重性,医院感染已成为全球医学界的重要研究课题。WHO将医院感染的预防与控制列为医院质量管理体系中的重要指标。作为发展中国家,我国医院感染管理上世纪80年代才开始起步,近年来我国医院感染的监测、控制和研究发展很快,目前已经拥有了世界上最庞大的医院感染监控系统。但是医院感染管理是世界性医院管理的难题,到目前为止尚未形成一套完善的管理体系。东莞市现有各级各类医院56所,2006年出入院病人达45万人次,医院的人员流动量增加,加强医院管理,尤其是加强医院感染管理已成为东莞各医院的一个共同目标。本文通过对全市56所各级各类医院的医院感染管理现状进行调查,科学的评价东莞市医院的医院感染管理的基本现状、存在的问题,分析影响因素,从而提出可行性的改进意见和建议,为东莞市卫生行政部门及各级医院制定规范各级医院的医院感染管理,提高医疗质量和技术水平,从容应对突发性公共卫生事件的策略提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hospital infection is not only a global population health of the hospital concerned important issues, but also to measure the level of hospital management and the quality of health care as important indicators. Hospital infection control is a global problem in hospital management; it has not yet formed a sound management system so far. There are 56 hospitals of different levels in Dongguan city, inpatients and outpatients have reach 450000 in 2006, hospitals increase the flow of personnel, strengthening hospital management, in particular to strengthen the hospital infection management of the hospitals in Dongguan has become a common goal. In this paper, based on "Hospital Infection Management Approach"、"Law on Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases of PRC" and other relevant aspects of hospital infection control laws、regulations、standards and documentations, to design the scientific and comprehensive questionnaire for this study. Using questionnaires, check archives and inspection of combining methods, through the investigations of 56 city’s hospital infection status, scientific evaluation of Dongguan City Hospital management of basic hospital infection status, problems, analyze factors, and draw the conclusion:(1) the organization structure of hospital infection management beginning to take shape, however, still can not satisfy the protection of health care quality and patient safety needs, should further establish and improve the organization structure of hospital infection management, clear the management objectives.(2) Hospital infection management professionals echelon is becoming more rational, but not included in conventional education and training system, the professional level needs to be raised, should strengthen the hospital infection professionals and establishing a high quality personnel. (3) Monitoring of hospital infection is criterion step-by-step, but the methods are backward, should insist on the criterions of hospital infection monitoring and feedback. (4) The standardization of medical waste management has just begun, should strengthen disinfection and sterilization and quarantine management, enhance the comprehensive prevention of hospital infection levels. (5) Hospital infection control equipment and management methods are backward, the academic research is in low level, should strengthen the hospital infection control facilities and hardware construction, and explore reasonable effective hospital infection management measures and models. This paper in order for the health administration of Dongguan and hospitals to set the norms of hospital infection management, improve health care quality and technical level, and to cope with sudden public health incidents provide basis.更多还原
