【摘要】 本文通过分析基于元数据的信息提取技术,阐述ASP的特点,采用Apache Jakartatomcat-5.0.28和IIS6.0整合的Web服务器以及SQL Server数据服务器,设计了一种通过数据访问模块调用用户显示页面,填写、修改、查询数据;文档转换模块把数据转换为word文档;数据存储模块把文档存储到数据库的指定位置;数据打印模块输出数据的基于元数据网络文档转换系统,分析了不同情况下所采用的转换形式,实现了文档的转换和存储功能。通过实现基于玛格泰克公司的杂志社稿件采编系统中的文档转换模块,分析了当前网络文档的各种格式以及每种格式之间的联系,阐述了基于元数据的信息提取技术,解决了在编辑工作中文档管理、规范显示和快速查询的需求,把复杂的文档格式转换成统一、规范的存储格式,方便作者浏览和查询,也方便管理者的日常数据管理,为下一步网络文档间的互相规范转化,提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the development of amount of data, a great deal of files’ data stored in the database are not regular. It is a big challenge for inquiring or reading many kinds of technological or everyday life files, because of the differences of format, mod, and storing method. It is really difficult for the reader to read, store, and query. Also, it falls off the efficiency of working.XML can be stored, searched, and modified in the database lossless, because it has many advantages. Such as its data can be defined by the user, and it has a strong semantic .The text uses XML as a medium of data exchanging to carry out the technology of converting during network texts. ASP is a language to establish dynamic Web pages, or establish strong functional Web application program. It uses ADO to access database easily. Such as to create a database, to add, to select, to insert, to modify, or to delete data from a database. Therefor, we use XML+ASP as a solution to communicate the data of network database.The text expounds the features of ASP in analyzing the technology based on metadata of Information Extraction. It uses Apache Jakartatomcat-5.0.28 and IIS6.0 Web server and SQL Server Database Server. It designs a method which transfers user’s page and fill in, modify and search data from the data accessing module. A text conversion module changes data to the word file. A data storing module stores a file to the appointed position of database. A data printing module outputting data bases on the original data network file conversion system. It analyzes the adopted conversion form in different cases. And it carries out the function of file’s conversion and storing. It meets the requirement of file management, displaying normatively, and searching fast bases on MAGTECH’s editor system file conversion module. The complicated files are converted into the uniform and normative format. It is really convenient not only for the author to browse and search, but also for the administrators manage the daily data.The text is mainly divided into four parts.The first part mainly introduces the background of research. And it also analyzes a current demand. It introduces the current conditions of metadata research domestic or abroad stressly. It has two viewpoints to metadata domestic and abroad currently. One viewpoint thinks there’s no differences between the metadata and traditional library catalogue system. It can understand the resource type of a certain internet-Website from metadata. The other viewpoint emphasizes that the metadata is a information can be understood by other resource or it is about network resource. Also it thinks the key is it can be understood by the machine. This kind of viewpoint concerns the structure of data. It thinks the information included in the metadata is a description to the original information resource. It’s special for the user selecting, fixed position and adjusting the original information resource by index. It analyzes the development trend of information picked up technology. And it introduces the result present.The second part mainly analyzes what is demanded data environment for establishing the file conversion system. It has to get in touch with a lot of manuscripts, because of the editing work. So the number of experts’ review is astonishing day after day. The format of data which transferred back to the author is not the same. So it is not convenient to store in the database or to be browsed by the author. It asks for a better file conversion system for management. It is really convenient for the author browsing and searching. Also it is convenient for the administrator to manage every day’s data. The system analyzes and designs file conversion system’s position in the whole system are introduced detailed. It expounds system designing mode, system designing plan, sys main constitute part, Web database selected, and database selected.The third part introduces some popular dynamic Web pages languages, such as ASP, JSP, PHP, etc. It analyzes the features of every language. The dynamic Web pages technology makes up the shortage with the traditional internet technology in the interactive, renew automatic and dynamic variety. The interactive means that the Web page can response according to the users’ require and select. In the side of renew, it can create a new page automatic without renew the HTML file yourself. It saves lots of work load.ASP is a development environment in the Web server’s side. If you use ASP to develop software, you can produce and run the dynamic, interactive and high performance Web server application program. ASP adopts VB Script, Java Script as its own developing language.JSP is a new generation develop language. It is developed by the SUN Corporation. JSP is so similar to ASP on the structure. They mark a sign by " ".The difference is the code. ASP is JavaScript or VB Script . But JSP is the Java code.As a system developing language, ASP has the following features.(1)ASP is a technological frame and environment. It supports a strong functional method or technology for establishing interactive Web server application program.(2)If using some easy scripts, such as VB Script, Java script, and combine the HTML code, you can complete the Web’s application program quickly.(3)It is independent from browser and make sure the source program will not leak outside.(4)Object-oriented can be expanded the modules of Active Server.(5)It can be permitted by any ActiveX Script language.(6)ASP has strong ability of accessing exterior database. And it is easy to study.(7)It can be edited by common text editor. For teamwork developing better, Microsoft corporation developed a set of visual Interdev specially. It is a Web application software developing system, including a development, publishing, and the management of all function of Web application software drived by database.The fourth part is the emphasis of the text. It introduces some design mod bases on metadata text conversion system. And it expounds the feature of each. It analyzes the basic structure of word file. It designs system’s module. The user can fill in, modify and inquire the data by using the data access module. It converts the data to the word file by using the file conversion module. It store the file data into some appointed position by using data storing module. It outputs data by using data printing module.It gives several methods of file conversion.(1) Creating a word file from a page style directly.(2)Creating a word file by using VB Script.(3)Creating a RTF file by using ASP Script. and then it transfers the stream of these files data to the Microsoft Word.(4)Creating a word file by using iText.The text analyzes every format of current network files, and the relationship of every format. It expounds the information picking up technology which bases on the metadata. And it provides basis for the next move of network files’ conversion.更多还原
