管道水力输送中料筒起动试验初步研究

【摘要】 管道运输作为一种运输方式,与铁路运输、公路运输、航空运输和水路运输一起并称为五大运输方式。随着社会的进步,传统的交通运输方式已经开始不能满足社会发展的需求,为此,许多国家正在研究管道输送系统,以寻求解决现代社会发展带来的巨大交通运输压力的方法。作为一门新兴技术,虽然管道输送在世界范围已广泛地应用于生产,但总的来说它还处在发展阶段,许多理论和技术问题还未取得统一认识。因此研究管道输送特性对于解决交通运输问题有着重要的意义。本文是基于国家自然科学基金资助项目《筒装料管道水力输送的水流特性试验研究》(50579044)中的料筒起动问题进行研究。通过建立一个管道水力输送系统,利用试验研究的方法,对管道水力输送中料筒的起动问题进行了研究。主要研究内容如下:筒装料管道水力输送的水力特性问题,实质是具有一定的内部动边界环状缝隙螺旋流运动特性问题。本文则着重分析料筒在不同载荷条件下的起动问题。由于料筒所输送物料的容重不同,相同体积的料筒的载荷量不同。因此,本文拟定了不同的载荷量和不同的料筒结构参数,通过试验,分析不同载荷量和不同料筒结构参数条件下的起动流速,以及起动时的管道的压力分布、能耗的影响因素及特点。依据试验数据,分析料筒在不同载荷量和不同结构参数条件下,料筒起动问题及能耗的关系和压力分布特点。试验分析结果如下:1、通过对管道中静止料筒的受力分析,阐述了料筒起动的机理,以及料筒存在时对管道水流的影响和出现的问题。2、通过试验数据分析和拟合曲线得出,在荷重和料筒长度相同的情况下,较大的直径有利于料筒的起动;在荷重和直径相同的情况下,较长的长度有利于料筒的起动;在料筒结构参数一定的情况下,荷重越小越有利于料筒起动,且荷重与起动流速成线性关系。3、通过正交试验的极差分析和交互作用的影响中得出,在影响料筒起动的各因素中,对料筒起动流速影响因素最大的是料筒的直径,其次是料筒的长度,影响因素最小的是料筒荷载重。4、通过量纲分析与π定理,推出了特定因素下的料筒的起动流速公式。5、通过试验得出料筒在测试端的压强呈现出波型规律分布。6、通过有压管道的淹没出流,拟合出流量和水头损失的曲线,并根据不同结构参数下料筒起动时的试验数据,计算出料筒在特定情况下的能量损失。本文研究结果对管道输送理论的进一步研究具有一定的参考价值,对于改进管道运输技术、提高运输质量具有实际意义。
【Abstract】 The pipeline transportation as a transport mode, with the railway transportation, the highway transportation, the air transportation and the water transportation are called five big transport modes together.As society advances, Traditional transport methods can not meet the social development needs, Therefore, Many countries are studying the piped system to find a solution to the development of modern society brought about by the enormous pressure of transport methods. As a newly-developed technology, the piped in worldwide production has been widely used in, But overall it is the stage of development, Many of the theories and understanding of technical issues have yet to achieve reunification. Therefore research piped character for the settlement of issues of great significance transport.This paper bases on nationality naturalness science fund item, tube-contained raw material hydraulic transportation, The fund number is 50579044 .Study the question of incipient motion of static stuff canister . on an experimental basis, Establishment of a system of HCP ( Pn eumatic Capsule Pipeline) , Then this article emphatically analyzes the motion of static in pipeline hydraulic transportation of stuff canister. Following is the major content of the paper:Study the hydraulic characteristic of tube-contained raw material hydraulic transportation. In the essence, the main problem is that it has certain interior to move the boundary ring-like slit spiral rotational fluid motion characteristic question. Revolves this question, we will carry on the research from the following several aspects, analyzes the motion of static stuff canisterin different load condition. Because the pipeline transportation the material the bulk specific gravity to be different, the same volume pipeline stuff canisterload quantity is different. Therefore, this article has drawn up the different load quantity, through experiment, under analysis different load quantity condition incipient motion velocity, as well as critical time starting ring-like slit spiral flow field speed of flow distribution, pressure distribution, energy consumption influence factor and characteristic.On the basis of experimental data, analysis under conditions different load weight and different geometry parameter case, (?)ncipient motion velocity and pressure distribution and energy consumption .Following is the major outcome and examination means of the paper:1. By the strength analysis of stuff canister, the text expatiates the Incipient motion mechanism of stuff canisterand the infection for water flow and the emergence question .2. On the basis of a great deal experimental data, analysis and simulate curve makes that in the same weight and length the larger diameter tube-contained raw makes Incipient motion easier .And that in the same weight and diameter the larger length tube-contained raw makes Incipient motion easier .3. By best difference analysis and alternation effect of correctitude across experimental, we can educe that effect Incipient motion of tube-contained raw bigger is diameter ,the second is length, the last is weight under all kinds of factor of effect (?)ncipient motion of tube-contained raw .4. By dimension analysis andπtheorem, principium deduce Incipient motion velocity formulary of tube-contained raw under the certain affect factor.5. On the basis of a great deal experimental data, we can educe pressure distribution seem undee distribution under text segment of pipeline.6. By the submerge flow of pressure pipeline, simulate flux and hydraulic loss curve and under different geometry parameter case On the basis of a great deal experimental data of tube-contained raw incipient motion, account hydraulic loss in pipeline under certain instance.Experimental results show a certain reference value for the further study of the theory of. That will reference to the project ameliorated design art and disquisition and improve pipeline transportation quality later. It will be great theoretical value.
