【副题名】以贵阳幼师为例

【摘要】 良好的心理素质是人的全面素质中的重要组成部分。心理健康教育是提高学生心理素质的教育,是实施素质教育的重要内容。当前,大学生、中学生心理健康教育已引起各方面的普遍关注,但对幼师生的心理问题却很少有人论及,如果说随着时代的发展,社会需要大批初级实践人才的话,那么幼师生这一特殊群体将必然存在,既然存在,作为人的正常需求、发展也将不能被我们社会所忽略。本文旨在通过对贵阳幼儿师范学校学生心理健康现状进行调查研究的基础上,就幼师学校如何开展心理健康教育,提出个人的建设性意见,以求提高幼师学生的心理健康水平。全文除了简短引言和结语外共分为四部分,第一部分是心理健康问题的概述。第二部分是贵阳幼师学生心理健康状况,通过调查,笔者认为她们的心理问题主要呈现在三个方面:一是学习类问题,二是人际关系问题,三是青春期心理问题。第三部分具体分析了幼师学生心理问题的形成原因,笔者认为主要原因一是受社会环境的影响,二是受家庭环境的影响,二是受学校环境因素的影响,四是受自身因素的影响。第四部分主要探讨幼师学生心理健康教育的对策,分四个方面作了思考,一是全社会都要来关注幼师学生的心理健康问题,二是家庭也要为孩子创造一个和谐的心理健康教育环境,三是学校要为学生创造一个良好的心理健康教育环境,四是幼师生的自我教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Good psychology quality is the important function of overall qualities of human beings. The psychology education is the main fact of enhancing the education of psychology quality of the students and carry out the quality education. At present, the psychology education of the collage and high school students are emphasized by the society. However, the psychology problems of the students in infant’s teaching school are rarely mentioned. With the development of this period, society needs ponds of basic practical talent. The special group, the students in infant’s teaching school, will exist for sure. So the normal requirement and development of human beings cannot be ignored by society.Based on the investigation on the status of the psychology health of the students in infant’s teaching school in Guiyang, this paper introduces a personal advice on how to operate the psychology education in infant’s teaching school.The paper is made up with four parts except for the general foreword and the summary. The first part is the general introduction of the psychology problems. The second part is the investigation of the status of the psychology of the students in infant’s teaching schools in Guiyang. Through the investigation, the author considers there are three explanations for the psychology problems: the first is the problem of studying, the second is the problem of the social networking and the third is the psychology problem of .The third part of the paper particularly analysis the main reason of the psychology problems. The author considered there are three main reasons of this: the first reason is the influence of the social environment; the second reason is the influence of the family environment; the third reason is the influence of the school environment and the forth reason is the influence of the individual itself. The forth part of the paper discuss the solution of the psychology problems of the students in infant’s teaching school, which also includes three ways: the first way needs the emphasis on the infant’s teacher’s psychology problem; the second way needs a peaceful psychology educational environment of family; the third way needs to creat an excellent psychology educational environment in school.更多还原
