东方1-1气田水平井防砂完井

【摘要】 出砂现象是指地层砂粒随着地层流体产出的现象。出砂是贯穿油气井开采过程的永恒主题,油气井一旦出砂,将引起产层砂埋、井筒堵塞和地面生产流程管路的冲蚀和磨损等问题,由此每年给石油工业带来的经济损失数以亿计,此外大量地层砂的产出还给油气田开采带来一系列的安全问题。防砂完井方式是海洋油气田开发中普遍采用的重要工艺技术措施之一。油气田采用的防砂方法、筛管类型选择、防砂效果、油气井产能、油气井寿命和生产成本,这些因素既相互关联又相互制约。提高油气井产能和油气田采收率及降低生产成本,是油气田开发的主要目标。特别是经济有效地开发边际油田及中小油田,也变得越来越重要。本文对海上油气田水平井防砂工艺措施进行了深入研究,首先对国内外各种防砂方法进行了调研,并对各种防砂方法应用的油藏条件和防砂效果进行了对比分析。针对东方1—1气田的具体地质特征,通过大量的室内实验研究,对地层砂粒度进行了分析和分选性研究,对防砂参数和筛管与盲管的组合比例进行了优化,从而找出最适合该气田的水平井筛管防砂完井方法,通过东方1—1气田的现场实施证明,该防砂技术完全达到了东方1-1气田完井的要求。为今后同类油气田水平井防砂完井提供了很好的指导意义。

【Abstract】 Sanding is a phenomenon that stratum sands come out with formation fluid. Sanding problem exists throughout the whole process of gas/oil well exploitation. Once sand flows in gas/oil well, pay zone will be buried by the sands, well bore will get blocked and ground pipeline will be abrasive erosional and wearied. In this way, sanding bring petroleum industries with economic loss as much as several billions per year. Besides, mass-sanding causes safety problems to oil/gas fields.The way of sand control completion is one of the most important measures generally used in ocean oil-gas field development.All these factors such as sand prevention method、sieve tube style selection、sand controlling result、oil and gas well off-take potential、oil and gas well longevity and cost of production are incident with one another as well as interaction.Ramping oil and gas well off-take potential and oil and gas field recovery factor and/or reduce the production costs are the prime objective of oil-gas field development.Especially economic and efficiently exploitation marginal oil field and/or middle smallness oil field are becoming more and more important.Sand control measures useful in offshore horizontal gas/oil wells are thoroughly studied. First, all sand control measures worldwide are investigated and collected. Then, reservoir conditions in which a method is pratical are compared, so does the sand control effect of each method. In the light of geological characteristics of Dongfang 1-1 Gas Field, mass indoor experiments are conducted and studied. Sand grain level are analyzed, the sand control parameters and screen pipe and blind pipe combination proportion is optimized. On this basis, the most suitable horizontal screen pipe sand control method for this gas field is found. Through the medium of DONGFANG 1—1 gas field ’field conduct proven, the sand control technology are completely run up to DONGFANG 1-1 gas field completion require.And the method worked well in the fields, which will surely provide guidance to similar gas/oil horizontal well sand control well completion.
