【摘要】 “伊拉克战争进入第三天，我们马上连线到本台赴伊拉克记者水均益，了解最新情况……”；“就电力资源紧张的现状，我们分别连线在北京和上海的2位嘉宾，共同探讨这个问题……”；对于上述言语，无论是普通观众还是传媒业者都不会陌生。在当今各类广播电视节目当中，我们越来越频繁地听到这样的声音。从外国到中国，从电视到广播，从综艺节目到新闻和评论节目，再到经济资讯服务类节目。“连线”作为一种技术手段，同时，也是作为一种新的节目形态，得到了广泛而有效地运用，并以其迅捷方便、形式新颖、信息量大、以及可极大地调动和发挥广播电视受众的积极性等众多特点，而深受大众的喜爱。连线不是一个简单的工作，而是一项复杂的系统工程。对它熟练灵活和创造性的运用一定会为我们的电视新闻制播带来更多的方便和灵感，同时，也会让广大的电视观众看到更新、更快、更好看的电视新闻节目。”那么，什么是电视连线节目呢?准确地说，所谓电视新闻连线节目就是以主演播室为中心，单线、复线或放射线状与其它分演播室主持人或外景地记者相互串联，共同来完成信息传输的一种节目形态。这种节目形态不仅充分地展示出电视传媒高科技含量之强势，也可充分地、即时地发挥节目主持人、现场报道记者的主观能动性，更重要的是通过导播在主演播室的准确切换连线及原始资料的充分调动利用，能够为广大电视受众烹制出色、香、味俱全的新闻大餐!那么对于在当今电视领域频频出现的一种技术手段或者说是节目形态，我们没有理由不去关注，中国电视连线节目的现状如何?呈现出哪些特点?除了成为具体节目当中的构成要素之外，连线还有哪些更深层面的意义呢?另外，现在的连线节目存在哪些问题，应该怎么改进呢?这都是本篇论文将要关注的探讨的问题。就目前来看，关于连线以及连线节目的研究，目前国内外的专门性研究并不多见，尤其是缺乏对其历史沿革的完整梳理，以及对现状的详尽分析，对其深层次意义的探讨更是不足，这和连线在当今电视节目中的地位是不相匹配的。最近几年，一些比较重视实践和操作性的学术杂志开始关注连线这个问题，同时一些学者也开始探讨这个问题，同时业界由于对连线的需要也十分注重对其进行研究，但是这都远远不够，连线需要详尽地梳理，需要立体化的研究。本文将依托国内外新闻媒体关于新闻连线的最新、最典型的案例为样本，分6大部分对“连线”以及“连线节目”进行探讨，分别是：新闻连线的概述、新闻连线的缘起、当今中国新闻连线节目连线的现状与特点、连线在当今新闻大战中的重要作用、连线资源的储备与网络构架以及当今新闻连线存在的主要问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is the third day of the Iraq War, and we can know the latest news by connecting immediately with Shiu Jinyi, the reporter sent there by our station. ...""As for the under-supply of electric power, we will discuss it together by connecting the two honored guests from Beijing and Shanghai separately...." The above words are familiar to both the common audiences and media practitioner. These reports can be heard more and more frequently from almost all kinds of the Broadcasting and TV programs. "Connecting line" , regarded as both a kind of technology and a kind of news program , is widely and effectively applied in variety programs, such as the programme of comprehensive arts, the programme of news, the programme of economic information services. Why people are very attached to it is that it has many advantages such as spreading quickly and conveniently, having a novel form, conveying much information and stimulating the enthusiasm of the audiences of the broadcast and television greatly.Connecting line is not a simple job but a complicated systems engineering. If we can make use of it skilled fully, flexibly and creatively, it surely brings many convenience and aspirations to our manufacturing and broadcasting. Thus, it can also bring more wonderful TV news programs in a newer and quicker way.Then, What is the TV news connecting line program ? Actually speaking, the TV news connecting line program is a kind of program which is carried on by connecting the main studio which is the center with the presenters of other branch commentary boxes or reporters on location in the way of single line, double lines and radiating formation lines. The program form is not only displayed the advantages of high-teck content of TV media but also bring the initiative of the program presenters and reporters on location into full play without delay or fully. The most importance is that by cutting the lines accurately and using the source materials sufficiently ,the wonderful news programs can served to the audiences.There is no reason paying no attention to the frequent emerging technology which can also be called program form in the field of Television programs at present. What is the present situation of the TV news connecting line program? What are the characteristics that the TV news connecting line program displays? What deeper implications does the TV connecting program have except its composition essential factors? In addition, what problems are there in the TV news connecting line program and how can it be improved? These questions will be deeply concerned and discussed in this essay.At present, the study of the connecting line and the TV news connecting line program is not enough, especially lacking the complete organizations of the development of its history, the detailed analyses of its present situations and the discussions of its deeper implications. All the sufficient study does not blend admirably with the status of the connecting line in the TV programs. In recent years, some academic journals which pay much attention to practice and operations begins to show great concern over it. At the same time, some scholars begins to explore it and it is also studied attentively because of the necessity in the field. All these are not sufficient. We should organize it thoroughly and study it three-dimensionally. This essay will discuss "connecting line" and "connecting line program" in six parts by analyzing the latest and the most typical cases from the news medias from home and abroad. The six parts include: the survey of the news connecting line, beginning of the news connecting line, the situation and characteristics of the news connecting line in China at present, the important part that the news connecting line plays in the present news fighting, the reserves of the connecting line sources and its network and problems existing in the news connecting line.更多还原
