【摘要】 作为一种新兴的传播媒介，网络构建出了一个完全脱离于现实社区之外的虚拟社会空间。虚拟社区所提供的社区联系和支持无论从广度和深度上来说都不比传统现实社区所能提供的逊色。对于社会学传统的宏观与微观争论的问题，虚拟社区的出现将给我们提供新的视野，对于长久以来的社会学二元分立有一个全新的认识。本文试图通过文献研究和定性、定量研究的方法，系统描述和揭示虚拟社区的运行机制和过程，深入探讨在整个进入、适应、稳定与巩固、退出的循环转换的过程中个体是如何完成与虚拟社区间的互动的。具体而言，全文共分为五个部分：第一部分，导论。主要阐述本研究的缘起和意义，对已有文献资料进行梳理评价，指出本研究的理论创新点及研究流程。第二部分，研究模型及研究方法。本部分主要是基于研究的流程对研究设计进行了精确定义。在此基础上，从个体行为和行为影响因素两个层面设计了研究模型，并根据相关文献资料及前期研究提出了相关研究假设。此外，针对本研究要解决的问题，在本部分确定了定量研究的分析方法并对样本的基本特征进行了描述。第三部分，虚拟社区的界定。学界目前关于虚拟社区的研究并不是很多，大部分的定义都来源于西方学者的界定，因此本部分首先对现有定义进行了反思，并在此基础上提出了新的界定，认为虚拟社区是一种交互式信息交流的体系和关系空间的运行机制。第四部分，虚拟社区个体行为逻辑分析。在此部分，主要是结合实证调查数据和资料对个体进入、适应、稳定与巩固、退出的虚拟社区行为过程进行分析，并找出显著性的影响因子。并从行为层面和影响因素层面进行了综合，探讨了二者之间的内在一致性。第五部分，对研究的主要结论进行总结，并进一步从理论上对虚拟社区个体行为逻辑进行探讨。本研究认为虚拟社区的成员个体在社区内的行为一般都具有较明确的动机和需求；在虚拟社区的行为逻辑递进主要取决于个体在社区内的身份获得与承认；此外，在虚拟社区的运行机制中，社区规范的确立与控制，是与个体行为逻辑内在一致的过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one kind of emerging dissemination medium, the network completely constructs one virtual space to be separated from the realistic community. Compared to the traditional and realistic community, the community relation and support which the virtual community provides isn’t inferior, regardless of the breadth and the depth. Regarding the sociological and traditional macroscopic and microscopic argument, the virtual community’s appearance will provide the new field of vision to us, there will be a brand-new understanding about the long-lasting sociological dual separation. Through the literature research and the qualitative, the quantitative investigation method, this article attempts to systemically describe and reveal the virtual community’s operational mechanism and process, and there will be further exploration about how the individual completes the interaction with the virtual community during the circulation transforms of the entire access, adaptation, stabilization and consolidation, withdrawal.To be specific, this thesis consists of five parts:Part I : Introduction. This chapter involves in the origin and significance of this research, the clear-up and evaluation of documents and materials on hands, and points out the theory innovation and the research flow of this research.Part II: Research model and research technique. This part mainly has defined the research design precisely based on the research flow. In this foundation, the author has designed the research model from two lays between the individual behavior and the behavior influence factor, and proposed the correlative research supposition according to the correlative literature material and the earlier research. In addition, for purpose of the question which must be solved in view of this research, in this part the author had determined the quantitative analytical method and has described the basic sample characteristic.Part III: Virtual community’s definition. At present in the academia the research about the virtual community is not much, the majority of definitions originated from the western scholar’s limits, therefore in this part the author firstly has reconsidered the existing definition, and proposed the new one in this foundation: the virtual community is one kind of interactive communication system and the operational mechanism of relational space.Part IV: Individual behavior logic analysis in the virtual community. In this part, combined the real demonstration data and the material, the author mainly analyzes the behavioral progress of the access, adaptation, stabilization and consolidation, withdrawal in the virtual community, and discovers the significant influence factor. Meanwhile, the author has discussed the intrinsic uniformity based on the synthesis from the behavior lay and the influence factor lay.Part V: The summing-up of the main research conclusion. The author has further discussed the individual behavior logic in the virtual community theoretically. This conclusion has been testified: the individual member generally has the explicit motive and the demand according to the behavior in the virtual community; Mainly the individual’s behavior logic progress depends on the acquisition and the acknowledgment of the community’s status; In addition, in virtual community’s operational mechanism, the establishment of the community norm and the community control, which is the intrinsic consistent process with the individual behavior logic.更多还原
