基于虚拟仪器的设备综合性能测试系统研究

【摘要】 地下开采和水利水电工程的发展离不开诸如提升机、水泵和空气压缩机这些大型机电设备,这些设备在工程建设中发挥着不可替代的作用。为保证安全生产,需对设备的综合性能进行定期测试,以便及时检修或更换,消除隐患。在地下开采和水电工程建设和生产规模日益扩大的同时,对上述设备测试的精度、效率、成本、操作性等要求也越来越高,而目前采用的测试仪器已难以满足相应要求,迫切需要新一代测试系统的出现。本文从当前提升机、水泵和空气压缩机性能测试存在的问题入手,在对虚拟仪器和传统测试装置进行充分比较的基础上,分析了虚拟仪器技术的优势,从而将先进的虚拟仪器开发平台——LabVIEW运用到提升机、水泵和空气压缩机的性能测试中,开发了一套集提升机、水泵和空气压缩机为一体的综合性能测试系统。文中详细介绍了数据采集卡和传感器等硬件的选型设计,以及单个设备测试系统的开发过程,包括程序框图总体方案的确定,性能测试功能的实现和辅助功能的实现等,最后将单个设备测试系统集成为一体。该系统以软件代替硬件,操作简单,功能强大,与传统测试仪器相比,提高了测试精度和开发效率,减轻了劳动强度。由于LabVIE具有良好的扩展性和开放性,使得该测试系统不仅可以用于地下开采和水利水电工程相关设备的性能测试,还可以用于其他行业同类设备的技术测定。

【Abstract】 The development of deep mining engineering and water conservancy and electric power engineering is closely related with heavy electromechanical devices such as elevator, water pump and air compressor, which play a vital role. To avoid accident, repair or renewal parts betimes, periodic significance testing is necessary. With the rapid development of deep mining engineering and water conservancy and electric power engineering, the demand of accuracy, efficiency, cost and maneuverability is higher and higher. The measuring instrument being used now is difficult to meet the demand, so it is urgent to develop a new-style measuring instrument.The thesis begins with the problems of significance testing of elevator, water pump and air compressor, compares virtual instrument with traditional instrument, analyzes the advantages of virtual instrument, applies advanced virtual instrument software-LabVIEW to the testing of elevator, water pump and air compressor, and develops a test system of composite characteristic of devices combining significance testing of elevator, water pump and air compressor. In the thesis, it is detailed introduced that how to choose hardware including the data acquisition, sensor et al, and how to develop each test system including confirm of overall project of block flow diagram, realization of significance testing and auxiliary function, at last, integrates with the three test systems.The test system replaces hardware with software, is easy to be operated and has more functions. Comparing with traditional instrument, it improves accuracy of test results, development efficiency and eases labour. LabVIEW is of expansibility and openness, so the test system can not only be applied to the significance test of corresponding devices of deep mining engineering and water conservancy and electric power engineering, but also to relevant devices of other industries.
