【摘要】 改革开放以来,苏锡常成为我国经济增长最迅速、结构变动最明显的地区之一,也是带动江苏经济社会现代化的先导地区。然而在经济的迅速增长的同时,也不可避免的带来了一系列的负面影响,能源负荷递增、用水量增加、工业废水排放强度高、农业污染加剧……这一系列不可忽视的问题严重阻碍了苏锡常区域经济进一步的发展。进入21世纪,苏锡常三市均把实施可持续发展战略作为经济社会发展的重要战略,这是苏锡常区域人口、经济、环境三者协调发展的必由之路。本文根据可持续发展能力的内涵和特点,从苏锡常区域目前经济发展与环境保护之间此消彼长的不合理经济增长方式着手,通过量化计算,从经济、社会、人口、资源与环境四个角度评价苏锡常区域2000～2OO4年这五年内的可持续发展能力的动态变化,找出该区可持续发展的制约因素,并提出一系列系统的、科学的具有实践性、可操作性的推进该区可持续发展能力建设的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and open policy,Suzho—Wuxi—Changzhou region has become one of the area in our country whose economy has grown most rapidly and structure has changed most obviously, and also become the forerunner area to lead the economy and society modernization of Jiangsu Province. As the rapid growth of the economy in this area, a series of negative influences have been brought inevitably. The energy load increases progressively, the water volume increases the discharge intensity of the industrial waste water becomes higher and higher, the agricultural pollution intensifies……all of these noticeable questions have seriously hindered the further development of the economy in SWC Region. Entering into the 21st century, all of these three cities implement the sustainable developmental strategy as an important strategy which the way to coordinate the developments of the population, the economy and the environment in SWC Region. According to the connotation and the characteristics of the sustainable development ability, and embarking on the conflicting reciprocity between the economical development and the environmental protection in the SWC region, this article appraises the dynamic change of the sustainable development ability from the aspects of the economy, the society, the population, the resources and the environment during 2000 to 2004. Through the quantification computation, find out the restriction factors of the sustainable development in this area, and propose a series of systemic, scientific suggestions, which have the practicality and maneuverability to advance the sustainable development ability construction in the SWC region.更多还原
