【摘要】 当前信息化已成为全球经济社会发展的显著特征,关系着经济、社会、文化、政治和国家安全未来的发展。信息化水平则成为衡量一个国家和地区的国际竞争力、现代化程度、综合国力和经济成长能力的重要标志。胜利油田作为国内第二大油田,它的信息化建设起步较早,且已初见成效。胜利油田积累了大量信息化建设的经验和教训,值得其他油田企业借鉴。本文采用由点及面,由部分到整体的写法,先研究ERP项目建设,再过渡到胜利油田全面信息化实施,最后总结胜利油田信息化模式、并对其实施优势、风险进行分析,同时给出相应对策。ERP项目是胜利油田经营管理信息化的核心,建设启动较早,且已经开始运行;ERP系统是胜利油田数字油田建设的重要部分,由于二者的共同性,从ERP入手再到胜利油田信息化总框架研究是很自然的过渡。通过这种由小及大的扩展手法,基本形成了胜利油田“以ERP为契机,全力打造数字油田”的信息化模式,与此同时,还重点分析了胜利油田信息化建设模式推广的可行性及该模式实施过程中的风险,并提出了相应的规避策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Information has become a bearing on the economic, social, cultural,political and strategic position in the future development of national security.And information level has become a significant feature of global economicandsocialdevelopment.Shengli Oil field is the second largest domestic oil fields, and itsinformation construction started earlier and has so far achieved. In theconstruction progress, the Shengli Oil Field has accumulated muchexperienceandlessonswhichareworthlearningforotheroilfieldbusiness.This thesis makes researchontheERPconstructionat first,then analyzes thecomprehensive information of Shengli oilfield, puts forward an informationmodel, in which the implementation advantages and risk is analyzed and thecountermeasures are raised up. Shengli oil field ERP projects start earlier, sofar has run well, which is an important part of "digital oilfield". Because ofthe close relativityof these two parts, the transition from ERP to informationframework is natural. Through this expansion, an information model which”build digital oil field from ERP opportunity”has been formed. Meanwhile,this thesis also analyzes the feasibility, risk and countermeasures of thismodel.更多还原
