【摘要】 和谐已经成为当今社会发展的主题。企业是社会的重要组成细胞,社会的和谐发展离不开企业的积极参与,只有所有企业和组织和谐发展,才能真正实现整个社会的和谐发展;反过来说,社会和谐也能为企业发展创造良好的大环境。企业内部和谐是社会主义市场经济和谐发展的基石,企业与员工是和谐统一的整体和利益的共同体。企业获利,员工才会最终获利;反过来员工获利,企业才能实现可持续的获利。石油产业是国家重要的战略性产业,石油和天然气及相关产品的供应对国家的经济安全和社会稳定产生着重要影响。油田企业改制以后,我国油田企业积极探索和谐发展之路,并取得了不错的成果,但与国外大型油田企业相比,我国的油田企业在研发能力、企业规模、生产效益、经营机制、营销水平等方而还存在明显差距。从和谐发展角度分析,油田企业仍存在许多不和谐的因素,没有构建完整地和谐体系。因此,以和谐理论为指导,提升油田企业的管理水平,构建油田企业和谐体系,实现油田企业与社会的和谐发展及其内部诸要素的和谐互补,对构建社会主义和谐社会这一伟大课题有十分重大的意义和价值。基于上述背景,本文首先介绍了和谐相关理论,在剖析油田企业和谐发展现状,分析油田企业现存不和谐因素的基础上;进行了油田企业和谐体系构建,紧接着分进行了油田企业内外部和谐推进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Harmonious has become the theme of current social development. Enterprises are important composition cells of the society, the harmonious development of the society is due to the positive participation of enterprises, only all enterprises and organizations to develop harmoniously, could really realize the harmonious development of the whole society, meanwhile, the harmonious society can create the good environment for enterprise’s development. Inside harmonious of enterprises can become the foundation of harmonious development of socialist market economy, enterprise and the staff become harmonious unified whole and the communities of the interests. If enterprises make a profit, the staff will make a profit finally, oppositely if the staff makes a profit, the enterprise may make a profit sustainable. The petroleum industry is the national important strategic industry, the supply of petroleum and the natural gas and the correlation product has the important influence to the national economic security and social stability. The oil field explore the harmonious developing road actively after enterprise’s reform, has made the good achievement, but compares with the overseas large-scale oil field enterprise, our country oil field enterprise also has the obvious disparity in the research and development ability, enterprise scale, production benefit, management mechanism, marketing equality and so on. From the harmonious development angle, the oil field enterprise still have many disharmonious factors, has not constructed completely harmonious system. So with guide of harmonious, to promote management level of oil field enterprise, and realize harmonious development of oil field enterprise and society and internal harmonious and complementary of all essential elements, have the extremely important significance and the value for the great topic that constructs socialism harmonious society. Based on the above background, paper embarks from the introduction foundation of harmonious theory, analyzes the present situation of the oil field enterprise’s harmonious development, carries on the extant unharmonious factor analysis; On the basis, constructs the harmonious system of oil field enterprise, followed closely launches the elaboration to the harmonious advancement of oil field enterprise.更多还原
