【摘要】 针对吉林石化化肥厂现有硝酸铵生产装置,开展了改性硝酸铵生产技术的研究。通过实验室研究,确定了改性硝酸铵生产工业化试验方案,并在吉林石化化肥厂现有硝酸铵生产装置上进行了工业化试验。改性硝酸铵通过将改性剂加入硝酸铵中制得。实验室研究结果表明:改性剂的加入对改性硝酸铵生产的脱水性能、流动性能和凝固性能没有大的影响,对系统的温度、体积不会产生很大的变化,通过改性剂配浆试验以及其它溶解性试验,确定了改性硝酸铵生产的工艺流程;常温、200℃、300℃下改性硝酸铵的X衍射与红外光谱分析结果表明改性硝酸铵生产具有很高的安全性;热重、差热试验结果表明产品具有很高的稳定性;改性硝酸铵生产的中控分析研究确定了改性硝酸铵中硫酸根、磷酸根以及硝酸根的快速测定方法。并在调研与试验的基础之上制定了工业化生产的企业标准。在吉林石化化肥厂现有硝酸铵生产装置上进行了改性硝酸铵的工业化试验,生产过程平稳、顺利。试验结束后对产品的质量以及物理化学性质进行了分析评价,产品质量满足要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Directing at the production unit of Jilin Petrochemical Company, the technology for production of modified ammonium nitrate was carried out. The industrialization testing programs were cofirmed through the laboratory research, at the same time industrialization test was made at the base of the production unit of Jilin Petrochemical Company.The modified ammonium nitrate was made by putting the modification additives into the ammonium nitrate system.Experiment of ammonium nitrate’s dehydration performance, fluidity performance, solidification performance show that it has no much effect for modified ammonium nitrate’s producting if the modification additives were put into the producting equipments. There is not too much changing for equipments’temperature and volume when the modification additives were put into the producting equipments. By the experiment of modification additives’mixing and solving, and at the base of investigation and study the technological process were recognized. The result of modified ammonium nitrate’s XRD and IR experiments at normal temperature, 200℃, 300℃show that modified ammonium nitrate has very high security. The TG and DTA experiment show that the production has too much stability. The modified ammonium nitrate’s intermediate control analysis of production were researched, and the rapid determination of SO42-, PO43-, NO3- were cofirmed, at the same time the manufacturer’s standards were recognized at the base of investigation and research.It was making the experiment of modified ammonium nitrate’s commercial production. The experiments are placidity and success. After the experiment the products’quality and it’s physical and chemical character were appraised. The product quality satisfies the request.更多还原
