【摘要】 人民调解制度是我国特有的纠纷解决制度。随着社会主义市场经济体制的确立和发展，人民调解逐渐呈现弱势。构建和谐社会，不仅依靠正式的司法程序，而且更需要人民调解制度在内的多元化纠纷解决机制，才能满足社会纠纷解决需要。通过对X县人民调解组织的调查，总结分析现行人民调解制度存在的问题，并就人民调解制度的改革与完善提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The people’ s mediation system is our country unique system to solve dispute. Along with the establishment and development of the socialist market economy system, the people’s mediation system presents weak trend gradually. Constructing harmonious society, not only depended upon official judicial process, moreover needed multiplex mechanism include the people’s mediation system. Through the investigation into the people’s mediation organization in X County, we summarize and analyze the present question on the people’s mediation system, and propose on the reformation and the consummation of the people’s mediation system.更多还原
