牙龈色瓷的半透性及色度学实验研究

【摘要】 金属烤瓷修复体具有恢复缺失组织的形态功能,抗折力强,且颜色、外观逼真,色泽稳定,表面光滑,良好的生物相容性,属终生性修复。唇侧龈组织的缺损对口腔的整体美观影响非常大,随着人们对口腔修复体的审美意识也日益增强,使用牙龈色瓷材料修复缺损的唇侧龈组织的方法在临床上应用日趋增多。金瓷修复体制作完成后,往往还因颜色及外形上的调整而多次修改,特别是颜色不易修复的牙龈组织,技师在配色过程中,有时需要多次烧结,这可能会使牙龈瓷的初始颜色发生变化。颜色是影响修复体美观的重要因素,近年来对烤瓷材料色度学上的研究得到了越来越多的重视;除此之外,半透性对良好的视觉效果及其美观性能的影响也极为重要,而目前对牙龈色瓷的颜色和半透性研究还比较少。本研究使用PR-650光谱扫描色度仪测量牙龈色瓷材料在不同厚度时透射率的变化规律,牙龈色瓷在不同烧结次数时透射率及颜色的变化规律。本课题的研究结果表明:1.厚度是影响牙龈色瓷透射率的重要因素。同种龈色瓷材料,厚度增大,透射率减小;随着其厚度的增加,透射率变小趋缓。2.随着烧结次数的增多,牙龈色瓷材料的透射率逐渐升高。四种龈色瓷材料随烧结次数的增多,均有增高的趋势。3.随着烧结次数的增多,牙龈色瓷明度增加,但不同的龈色瓷材料,其变化的规律不同。与第一次烧结后相比较,Vita VMK95 G1(简写为G1)第八次烧结,Vita VMK95 G2(简写为G2)第十次烧结,Ceramco3 pink tissue tint(简写为PTT)和Ceramco3 dark tissue tint(简写为DTT)第二次烧结后,L*值有统计学差异,明度增大。4.反复烧结后,不同牙龈色瓷材料a*值的变化亦不相同;当PTT和DTT烧结至第二次时,与第一次烧结后相比较,a*值有统计学差异。反复烧结对G1和G2的a*值影响无统计学差异。5.随烧结次数的增多,不同牙龈色瓷材料b*值都有增大的趋势,但其变化规律不同。与第一次烧结后相比较,G1和G2烧结至第六次时,PTT和DTT烧结至第二次时,b*值有统计学差异。6.反复烧结对牙龈色瓷的颜色变化有影响。与第一次烧结后相比,当G1和G2烧结至第六次时,PTT和DTT烧结至第二次时色差△E大于1.5,出现明显的颜色变化。7.反复烧结对牙龈色瓷的颜色各要素均有影响,在临床上应尽可能的减少烧结次数。

【Abstract】 The facial gingival tissue defect may negatively affect the esthetics of faciomaxillary region. The method that gingival defect is restored by using gingival porcelain are used frequently in clinic. Color is one of the important factors which affect the esthetics of metal-ceramic restorations. But the color of gingival tissue can’t be imitated easily. Sometimes, the metal-ceramic restorations are modified many times in order to achieve proper color and form after finished. The initial color and translucency of gingival porcelain may be changed because of repeated-firing. Recent years, the study of chroma for porcelain material is payed more attention. In addition to this, translucency of prosthesis plays a very important role in the esthetics of prosthesis. But the research of gingival porcelain on the color and translucency seems really scarce.In this study, the color and translucency of gingival porcelain were measured by means of PR-650 spectra scan spectrocolorimeter, to find the rules that the translucency changed at different thickness and after repeated firing, and the rule that color changed after repeated firing. The results showed:1. The thickness is the important factor which affect the translucency of gingival porcelain. For the same gingival porcelain material, the thicker of the samples, the less of the transmittance, and the transmittance decreased slowly when the samples become thicker.2. The transmittance of gingival porcelain increased after repeated firing. The transmittance tend to increase when each of the four kinds of gingival porcelain are fired repeatedly.3. The L* values of gingival porcelain become more higher after repeated firing. But the changing rules is different because of the different kind of gingival porcelain. For Vita VMK95 G1, the L* values become higher when it is fired eight times. For Vita VMK95 G2, the L* values become higher when it is fired ten times. But for Ceramco3 pink tissue tint and Ceramco3 dark tissue tint, the L* values become higher when it is fired twice.4. The changes of a* values is different after repeated firing for different kind of gingival porcelain materials. For Ceramco3 pink tissue tint and Ceramco3 dark tissue tint, the a* values become higher when it is fired twice. For Vita VMK95 G1 and Vita VMK95 G2, the a* values have no changes when it is fired less than ten times. The gingival porcelain become more red.5. After repeated firing, the b* value of each group have a tendency to increase, but the rules are different.For Vita VMK95 G1 and Vita VMK95 G2, the b* values become higher when it is fired six times. For Ceramco3 pink tissue tint and Ceramco3 dark tissue tint, the b* values become higher when it is fired twice. The gingival porcelain become more yellow.6. The corlor of gingival porcelain is changed after repeated firing. For Vita VMK95 G1 and Vita VMK95 G2,△E is more than 1.5 when it is fired six times. But for Ceramco3 pink tissue tint and Ceramco3 dark tissue tint,△E is more than 1.5 when it is fired twice.The color difference is obvious.7. Repeated-firing negatively affects the color of gingival porcelain. The gingival porcelain restorations should be fired fewer times in clinic.
