抓斗式挖掘装置虚拟样机设计

Virtual Prototype Design of Grab Excavating Equipment

【摘要】 针对乌梁素海水域特征以及挖掘底泥对延缓湖泊沼泽化的重要意义,运用三维建模软件Pro/Engineer和动力学分析软件ADAMS对抓斗式挖掘装置进行虚拟样机设计。利用外点惩罚函数法对抓斗的结构尺寸进行优化,通过Pro/Engineer对优化后的抓斗结构进行参数化建模和有限元分析,装配其组件后模仿真实挖泥时的运动情况,进行干涉检验。采用“无缝连接”技术,利用ADAMS和Pro/Engineer的专用接口Mechanism/Pro模块,将Pro/Engineer建好的三维模型直接导入到ADAMS界面下,解决了模型传递过程中单位、密度、刚体设置,转化时的选项及曲线丢失问题,避免数据丢失。在ADAMS中对模型添加复杂约束、工作载荷及摩擦力等模仿真实运动情况,利用ADAMS/processor对得到的数据进行后续处理,分析并绘制出抓斗张开角曲线图、侧液压缸受力变化曲线图、主液压缸受力变化曲线图等,为抓斗式挖掘装置设计制造提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 As for Wuliansuhai lake’s features , it has great significance to mine sediments for delaying marsh, 3D model software Pro/E and dynamic analysis software ADAMS were used for developing the virtual prototype design of excavator. The structural size of grab was optimized by using the penalty function, parameter model and finite element analysis were conducted for optimized grab by using Pro/E, the actual movement of grab when working have been simulated and interference test has been done after assembling their components. Using special connection Mechanism/Pro between Pro/E and ADAM, Pro/E 3D model has been transferred directly into ADAMS to avoid data loss by the "seamless link" technology , the unit, density, rigid body and option of transforming have been solved when model was transferred. Real movement has been imitated after adding complicated constraints, load, friction. The opening angle curve of the open struggle、pressure changes curve of the hydraulic cylinder、pressure changes curve of the main hydraulic cylinder, which provide a theoretical basis for the design and manufacture have been analyzed and mapped out by ADAMS/processor.
