【摘要】 思想政治工作是新四军的优良传统和政治优势,这是为新四军的战斗历程所证实的。回顾历史,思想政治工作对于新四军的成长壮大发挥着重大作用。新四军的主要政工领导人项英、袁国平、刘少奇和黄克诚等人,在新四军发展的不同时期,都高度重视思想政治工作,这种一致性充分证明了政治工作是革命军队的生命线的重要规律。本文把新四军的思想政治工作划分为皖南事变前和新四军重建军部以后两个时期,运用历史与逻辑相统一的方法全面论述了新四军的思想政治工作的历史发展及其经验和特点,并结合新时期新形势,要求思想政治工作必须在继承优良传统的基础上不断改革创新。本论文共分三章。绪论简略介绍了本论文选题的意义和学术史回顾;第一章较为全面的论述了皖南事变前新四军思想政治工作的历史发展进程并给予了恰如其分的评价;第二章通过对政治建设、共产党"一元化"领导体制的确立、新四军整风运动开展的论述,阐述了新四军重建军部以后的思想政治工作状况;第三章概括了新四军思想政治工作的特点。它包括以下内容:正确地开展军队的思想政治工作是新四军坚持江南抗战的重要保证;保持和发扬新四军的优良传统,并创造新的传统;加强军队的干部教育,善于发挥党员干部的先锋模范作用;思想政治工作形式多样,生动活泼,创造了许多行之有效的好方法;维护民众的利益是新四军思想政治工作的基本原则;加强敌伪军的政治工作是新四军思想政治工作面临的新课题;开展整风运动以加强军队在政治、思想和组织上的高度统一。最后结合新四军思想政治工作的研究,为新时期的思想政治工作提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ideological and political work was a good tradition and political advantages of New Fourth Army, which was confirmed by the fight courses of New Fourth Army. Recalling the history, the ideological and political work played a significant role for the growth and strengthening of New Fourth Army. During New Four Army’s different development periods, Xiang Ying, Yuan Guoping, Liu Shaoqi, Huang Kecheng and so on who were the Army’s Political leaders all attached great importance to the ideological and political work. This kind of consistency fully proved the important law, which the political work is the lifeline of a revolutionary army.In this paper, the New Fourth Army’s ideological and political work is divided into before Wannan Incident and after New Fourth Army headquarters reconstruction. The writer tries to comprehensively discuss the history of New Fourth Army’s ideological and political work and its characteristic and experience, unify the new time and new situation, require the ideological and political work reforming and innovating on the base of inheriting good traditions.There are three chapters in this paper, the write briefly introduces the meaning and the academic history of the topic .In chapter I, the writer comprehensively discusses the history of New Fourth Army’s ideological and political work before the Wannan Incident and has given an appropriate appraisal. In chapter II , through discussing the political construction, the establishment of the CPC’s unified leadership and the development of New Four Army’s Rectification Movement, the write elaborates New Fourth Army’s ideological and political condition after New Fourth Army headquarters reconstruction. In chapter III,the writer summarizes the characteristics of New Fourth Army’s ideological and political work. They includes these contents: Correctly carrying out the army’s ideological and political work was the important guarantee for New Fourth Army to persist the Anti-Japanese war in the south of Yangtze River; Maintain and carry forward New Fourth Army’s fine traditions and create new traditions; Strengthen the education of the Army’s cadres and be good at playing the cadres of the Party Members’ exemplary vanguard role; The ideological and political work was in a variety of forms, lively and created a great many effective methods; Maintaining the interests of the populace was the basic principle of New Fourth Army’s ideological and political work. It was a new task for the New Fourth Army’s ideological and political work to strengthen the enemy and the puppet army’s political work; Launching Rectification Movement was to strengthen the army’s unanimity in politics, ideology and organization.
