【摘要】 本文采用文献资料法、调查问卷法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,在对武术学校的概念进行界定、梳理武术学校的发展脉络以及分析武术学校在当今社会发展中的重要作用的基础上,通过对巢湖地区武术学校办学的总体状况、学生和其家庭情况、学校师资状况、办学的物质条件及收费情况、教学情况及课程设置、学校的思想品德教育工作、学生的就业情况及管理情况进行调查分析,指出:巢湖地区武术学校以私营为主,管理体制不健全,主管部门不明确,部分学校没有经过审批;以小学、初中为主,办学层次低,形式单一;留守儿童在学生中占有较大比例;办学物质条件达不到《安徽省社会武术管理办法》的要求等。本文再以巢湖地区社会、经济为背景,针对巢湖地区武术学校发展所存在的主要问题提出对策:健全科学的管理体制,严格审批制度,加强对武术馆校的领导;加大政府扶持力度;加强师资队伍的培养与引进;提高办学层次,拓宽就业渠道;加强文化课与武术专业理论课教学。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the analysis of literature, investigation, expert’s interview, and statistics analysis were adopt to comb Wushu schools in the development context, analyse of the important function of wushu schools in our society. Based on the investigation and analysis of the overall situation, the students and their families, the school teachers condition, fees and the material conditions of schools, teaching and curriculum, the school moral education, employment and management. Point out: Wushu schools operate privately, management not perfect, some schools were not approved ;The schools which are mainly elementary schools and middle schools are low-level and single form ;Unattended children hold an greater proportion in the students; Material conditions cannot achieve the requirements of community management in AnHui. etc.For resolving the problems, my thesis suggests: Establishing perfect management system, strictly examines and approves the system; Strengthens to the leadership; Enlarges the government to support dynamics ;Improves the training and the introduction of the teachers; Raises educational levels, expands the channels of employment; Strengthens the teaching of literary class and the specialized theory.更多还原
