【摘要】 区域经济差异是所有区域经济问题的核心,是一个全球性的国际化问题,也是世界各国在区域经济发展过程中不可避免的问题,作为发展中国家的中国也一直受到区域发展不平衡的困扰。安徽省作为中部农业大省,自改革开放以来经济建设取得了巨大的成就,但其内部区域经济差异问题也日益显现出来。因此,本文从实证分析的角度出发,以安徽省为案例研究省域内部区域经济差异,不仅可以为安徽及其他省域区域经济发展提供理论依据与政策建议,具有重要的理论意义;而且对于促进安徽省经济发展,实现中部地区的崛起,具有重要的现实意义。本文在综述国内外大量研究成果的基础上,首先从时间的角度,运用15年的数据,借助于绝对差异和相对差异的分析方法,测算了安徽省的区域经济差异及其演变过程。从测算结果得出,安徽省区域经济差异总体上呈现出逐年扩大的演变趋势.其次,以安徽省的78个县(市)为研究单元,选取17项指标,借助SPSS13.0统计分析软件,运用主成分分析法和ArcView GIS技术,对安徽省县(市)经济发展水平的区域经济状况进行了实证分析和综合评价。根据评价结果,可以得出如下结论:一、安徽省的78个县(市)可分为五大类,即发达型、次发达型、中等发达型、欠发达型和落后型县(市)。其中,以欠发达型县(市)个数最多,集中分布在皖北、皖中地区。二、省域内部经济差异显著,总体上呈南-北纵向分异,皖江地区发展水平最高,皖南次之,皖北最为落后。再次,本文从自然与区位、历史基础、产业结构、市场化、人口增长与劳动力素质和经济政策等6大因素入手,对安徽省区域经济差异的成因进行了分析,并借助相关的数据和计算方法进行了论证。最后,通过借鉴发达地区经济发展的相关经验,针对安徽省的现实情况,提出了安徽省区域经济协调发展的构想,认为应在不降低经济效率的前提下促进落后地区发展,把区域经济差异控制在一定水平之内,实施非均衡协调发展战略。同时,要加强基础设施建设,强化“点-轴”扩散效应;优化区域经济布局,加快区域产业结构的转化与升级;加大对欠发达地区皖北的扶持力度,促进城乡经济协调发展;广泛开展与发达地区的经济合作,全面融入长三角。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional economic disparity is a core question of the regional economies,which is a global Problem that Puzzling all of the countries in the world for their lopsided development. Being a developing country, China has being affected by regional developing unbalance. Lying in the middle area of china, Anhui province has gained a enormous achievement of economic construction since reform and open policy. However the economic disparity within the regions is increasingly expanding. Based on the case study,there has important theoretical significance and magnificent practical significance in the studying of the regional disparity in Anhui province not only for Providing scientific basis for regional economy development of Anhui Province and the other Province in China but also for the successful implement of the developing strategy in the middle area of china.Firstly, based on summarizing abundance of related literatures ,home and abroad, the thesis measures the evolvement course of regional economic disparity recurring to the analysis methods of absolute and relative disparity with fifteen years′date. from the measuring result, we can draw a conclusion that the regional economic disparity presents tendency which enlarges year by year,Secondly, taking 78 counties (cities) of Anhui province as the objects, selecting 17 indexes, Using SPSS software and approaches of Principal Component Analysis and the technique of Arcview GIS.This paper carries out an empirical analysis and synthesized evaluation on the regional disparity of the economic development level of the counties (cities) in Anhui. According to the measuring result, we can draw the following conclusion: first, the 78 counties(cities) of Anhui province could be classified into 5 kinds, namely developed, more developed, middle developed, under developed and backward counties(cities) .Under developed counties(cities) is most and concentrated distribution in the north of Anhui. second, the disparities of regional economy in Anhui is distinct, the economic level of the area of Wangjiang River is higher, the north of Anhui is lower.Thirdly, the thesis analysis the cause of regional economic disparity in Anhui province from the following aspects: the position and the resources, the historical foundation, the industrial structure, the marketability, the human capital and the economic policy, etc. and analyses those factors in details by dint of correlative date and means.Lastly, the thesis brings forwards designs on harmony development of regional economy aiming at facts of Anhui province in virtue of the developed areas’lessons. Author thinks that Anhui province should carry out a non-balanced developing strategy by stimulating an efficient development in backward areas on the premise of reducing efficiency and putting the regional disparity in control. Furthermore , Anhui province should start with some ways: strengthening the infrastructure construction, intensifying pervasion effect of“point and axis”, Optimizing the regional economic layout and trying to Quicken industrial configuration’s transform and upgrade, giving more attention to the north of the province which is backward and poverty-stricken ,trying to get a harmonized development; getting fully involved in the Changjiang Deltaic area and cooperate widely and closely with different regions.更多还原
