双盘式渐开线测量仪的轮轨弹性蠕滑问题研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的进步,广泛应用于工业及军事领域的超精密齿轮的制造技术也得到了迅速发展,而对其各项偏差的测量及精度检验是提高和保证超精密齿轮制造精度和传动精度的重要环节。齿轮自身的制造精度和运动精度对齿轮传动机构的精度产生重要影响。因此,进一步提高对超精密齿轮各项偏差的测量能力,对于超精密齿轮的制造具有重要意义。齿廓总偏差和齿廓倾斜偏差以及齿廓形状偏差是齿轮精密测量中最重要的检测项目之一。双盘式渐开线仪符合机械展成法测量渐开线齿廓的原理,但是由于仪器检测齿廓时存在影响理论渐开线的误差因素和影响实际渐开线的误差因素,轮轨弹性蠕滑误差就是属于影响理论渐开线的误差因素。轮轨弹性蠕滑问题是双盘式渐开线仪中客观存在的问题,给出了相同材料和不同材料情况下弹性蠕滑率的理论计算公式和数值计算方法。对轮轨是相同材料时所产生的弹性蠕滑误差进行分析和研究,首先对摩擦传动副的接触带以及接触变形进行分析,进行理论推导得到轮轨是同种材料的弹性蠕滑率的计算公式,研究轮轨是相同材料时的弹性蠕滑误差对渐开线齿廓偏差的检测的影响。对轮轨是不相同材料时所产生的弹性蠕滑误差进行分析和研究,提出数值计算方法,并根据计算结果画出不同材料轮轨的蠕滑曲线图,研究轮轨是相同材料时的弹性蠕滑误差对渐开线齿廓偏差的检测的影响。经过理论计算证明:同种材料轮轨的弹性蠕滑误差对渐开线齿廓偏差的检测没有明显影响,可以忽略不计;不同种材料轮轨的弹性蠕滑误差对渐开线齿廓偏差的检测有明显影响,需要受到重视。

【Abstract】 Along with the development of technology, the manufacture technology of ultraprecise gear widely applied in industry and military is growing fast, and its measurement of all deviations and test of accuracy are the important part to improve and assure the accuracy of manufacture and transmission. The accuracy of manufacture and transmission of gear is very important to the accuracy of the gear’s transmission structure. Therefore, it is important further improve the capacity of measurement of gear’s all deviations to the manufacture of ultraprecise gear. Profile deviation, profile form deviation and profile slope deviation are the most examine items of the accuracy measurement of gear.The Double-Disc Involute Instrument is accord with the principle of mechanical unfold. Because of the error factors of affect standard involute in checking the profile of gear. The problem of elasticity creep just belong to the error factor of affect standard involute. It is the practical problem exist in the Double-Disc Involute Instrument. This paper presents theory calculate formula and numerical calculation in same materials and different materials institution.To research and study the elasticity creep in same materials of wheels. Firstly, analysis the contact zone and contact distortion of friction transmission, attain the calculate formula of elasticity creep rate in same materials, and research the influence of the elasticity creep error to the profile deviation of involute.Studying the error of elasticity creep of wheels created in different materials, and present the calculate formula, at the same time draw the graph of wheel creep of different materials, and research the influence of the elasticity creep error to the profile deviation of involute.Through the theory calculate, the follow conclusion can be obtained. It can be ignore that the error effect created by the elasticity creep. And it should be attach importance to the effect of the error of elasticity creep to the inspection of involute profile deviation.
