【摘要】 荣辱观是道德个体在进行自我评价和社会评价活动中逐渐形成的关于荣辱观念的总和。大学生的荣辱观是其价值观的重要组成部分，关系到大学生立身处世。因为荣辱观是社会存在的反映，所以，同一时期的大学生有着基本相同的荣辱观。但是，因为荣辱观形成的具体环境不尽相同，因此，他们之间还会存在一定的差异。大学生荣辱观教育以社会主义荣辱观为基本内容，学校教育为主导，目的是培养大学生正确的荣辱观，从而指导实践。本文是通过大学生荣辱观的理论基础入手，查阅了大量的文献，并且在大连和郑州两座城市五所高校进行了问卷调查，使用SPSS 11.5软件进行数据统计分析。依据社会主义荣辱观的具体内容和大学生荣辱观形成的环境两大部分对数据进行分类描述，分别总结概括出大学生荣辱观和大学生荣辱观培育的现状，得出大学生荣辱观培育存在的主要问题，从学校、社会和家庭三个方面分析了大学生荣辱观培育问题的成因，最后，基于实证数据，提出了改进大学生荣辱观培育的主要对策，认为学校是大学生教育的主体，因此要巩固高校荣辱观教育的主体地位，通过“两课”教学建立社会主义荣辱观培育的基地，在教师的师德教育中强调荣辱观教育；同时还要改进高校荣辱观教育的人文环境，这其中包括开展以荣辱观教育为主要内容的校园文化建设，加强学校的人文教育，尤其注重“知荣”、“知耻”的人格修养教育，学校与家长开展荣辱观教育携手共建活动三部分内容；最后提出要健全高校荣辱观教育的培育机制，包括实践机制、评价机制、激励机制三部分的内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 The view of honor and shame is formed by self-appraisal and society appraises. College students’ view of honor and shame plays an important role in their values and relates them to conduct oneself in society. Cotemporary college students will form approximately the same view of honor and shame, as the view is the social being reflection. However, the environment is not actually alike; therefore, their view may present certain differentia. The cultivation of college students’ view of honor and shame take the socialism view of honor and shame as the basic content; take the school cultivation as main body. The goal raises the college students’ correct view of honor and shame, thus guide practice.This paper starts with the theoretic of view of honor and shame, has consulted the massive documentation, and has carried on questionnaires survey in five universities in Dalian and Zhengzhou, used SPSS11.5 software to carry on the data statistic analysis. Afterwards, carries on the classified description based on the content and the environment two aspects, separately summarizes the current situation of the students’ view and cultivation, obtains the problems, and then, analyzed the reason from three aspects: school、society and family, finally, based on the real diagnosis data, proposed improves the college students’ view of honor and shame cultivation measures. Firstly, consolidate the school main body status, including unifies the school cultivation of view of honor and shame and the school cultivation of ideological and political, enhances the quality of teacher team. Secondly, perfect school humanistic environment, including hold the campus cultural activity that depends on the view of honor and shame, strengthen all-round cultivation, especially honor and shame education, associate with parents for view of honor and shame education. Last but not least, grow the school cultivation mechanism of view of honor and shame, including practice mechanism, evaluation mechanism and encouragement mechanism.更多还原
