【摘要】 当今之世，国际环境发生着剧烈变化，人类社会正进入后工业时代，向知识经济社会迈进。对企业而言，面临着新的机遇和挑战：技术变化日新月异；市场和劳务竞争全球化：顾客需求日益向多样化、个性化方向发展：产品研发难度越来越大。如何在快速有效地满足顾客需求的基础上实现企业低成本、高效的运营，是现代企业经营的重要目标，同时也是企业面临的难题。在此背景下，企业纷纷考虑以供应链的形式运营，最终占领市场。库存控制不仅影响着供应链上企业的综合成本，而且也制约着整条供应链的性能，所以有必要对库存控制的绩效进行评估，进而实现供应链环境下有效的库存管理与优化。供应链库存控制绩效评估属于供应链绩效评估的一部分，目前一些学者已进行了不少探索。提出了用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法评估库存控制绩效：用模糊层次分析法对库存控制方案进行择优选择，但针对供应链开展库存控制研究的历程并不很长，因此针对该领域进行研究成为评估研究领域的新课题。论文在回顾供应链库存控制相关理论研究和实践需求的基础上，对企业进行库存控制绩效评估有重要指导意义。论文将紧紧围绕库存控制绩效评估，分析库存控制绩效评估指标体系的特点，建立有效的供应链库存控制绩效评估体系。运用三角模糊层次分析法确定指标权重，把定性的分析过程转化为定量的分析结果，并将具体的数据应用到模型中，从而验证模型的科学性和可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently, the international surroundings have been changing a lot. The society has started to enter the era of industrialization and came to be the knowledge and economy one. For these enterprises, they face new opportunities and challenge: technology has been still improved; the market and labor competition has gradually globalized; the customers need has been developing in the direction of diversification and individuation. It’s much more difficulty to search and develop the product. The important target of the company’s operation is that how to reduce the cost but increase efficiency, on the basis of meeting the customers need quickly and effectively. Under the background, more and more enterprises are considering to operate in the model of supply chain. While the inventory control not only influences the integrative cost, but also limits the function of the whole supple chain. Thus, it’s necessary to evaluate the performance of the inventory control, which could realize the effective inventory management and optimization.The performance evaluation of inventory control in supply chain is the part of supply chain. Some scholars have probed into it. For example, someone presented evaluating the performance using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthetic evaluation; the other one promoted the method to choose the best scheme in inventory control using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, but it didn’t take a long time to develop the theory of inventory control in this field. So it is the new topic to research aimed at the field.Based on the related theory research and practical needs of supply chain inventory control, the thesis promotes the idea which has important significance on the performance of inventory control. The thesis is in the core of performance evaluation of inventory control, analyzing the characteristic of index, founding effective performance system; establishing the index weight using triangle fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, transferring the qualitative analytics process into the quantitative result; and applying the specific data on the model, whose science and practice will be tested.更多还原
