【副题名】对武汉市城市社区的调查

【摘要】 本研究以社会行动理论、社会团体与组织理论为依托，以武汉市城市居民为研究对象，运用问卷调查和个案深入访谈法收集资料，主要立足于描述当前城市居民对社区民间组织的基本态度和在社区民间组织中的参与行为，并探索居民的参与态度与参与行为之间的相互关系，在此基础上提出提高居民参与意识的对策。参与态度部分。严格按照态度的三个维度认知、情感、意向进行描述，其中认知方面包括对社区民间组织发展现状、发展的主要原因、社区民间组织的地位、主要作用、必要性、发展中存在的问题的认知。参与行为部分。参与行为主要从居民参与社区民间组织的动机、参与方式和参与内容上来反映，并对居民参与社区民间组织的问题进行了分析：居民的参与动机单纯，参与不深入；总体参与率低下，参与主体不平衡；参与领域不平衡。参与态度与参与行为的关系部分。主要立足于影响其参与态度与行为的因素进行相关分析。年龄段、收入、在社区的居住时间、对社区的依赖程度都分别与参与态度、参与行为呈正相关关系，而且参与态度与参与行为之间也呈正相关。对策部分。要提高居民参与社区民间组织的意识，需要立足政府、社区和社区民间组织三个方面的相互配合。不能片面的强调某一方面，充分发挥居民的主观能动性，同时也要为居民参与社区民间组织创造好的外部条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the social activity and caste and organization theory as the pillar, taking the townsmen in Wuhan city as our research object, collecting the materials by questionnaire investigation and depth interview, this thesis mainly studied the townsmen’s attitude to the community NGOs and their participation in the NGOs, explored the correlation between the townsmen’s attitude and participation, and on these foundations offered the suggestions improving townsmen’s participation consciousness.Part of participation attitudes. We described the attitude strictly according to its three dimensionality including cognition, sensibility and intention. Among others, the cognition aspect involved the developmental current situation of the community NGOs, the developmental first causes, the status of the community NGOs, the chief functions, necessity and the developmental problems.Part of participation actions. They are reflected by the citizen’s participation motivation, approaches and contents It also analyzed the problems of the citizen’s participation action. The citizen’s motivation is simplex and the action is not deepened. The total participation rate is low and the participation bodies are out of balance. The participation areas is of imbalance.Part of the relationships between the attitudes and the actions. Taking the effect factors, the thesis analyzed the correlations between attitude and action. Not only age ranges, income, the inhabitation time and the extent of dependence of the community all display positive correlations with attitude and action separately, but also participation attitude and action show a positive correlation.Part of countermeasure. To advance the citizen’s participation consciousness in the community NGOs, it bases upon government, community and community NGOs’ mutual coordination. It shouldn’t emphasize any aspect. We should give full play to the citizen’s subjective dynamic role and create good external conditions for the citizen to participate the community NGOs.更多还原
