聚酰胺乳胶砂浆物理力学性能试验研究

【摘要】 外墙的裂缝和渗漏是建筑工程中不容忽视的普遍质量问题,非常重要的一个原因就是普通砌筑砂浆在抗收缩能力上的缺陷。我国中南方地区气候变化无常,温度和湿度交替明显,且昼夜温差大,对外墙抹灰面层砂浆收缩变形的影响尤其严重。本课题运用对比试验方法,在普通水泥砂浆中掺加不同量的聚酰胺乳胶,研究其对砂浆抗干缩性能的影响,并就和易性和力学性能等技术指标进行试验。本文较全面地分析了试验结果,并得出结论:聚酰胺乳胶作为普通水泥砂浆防渗抗裂外加剂,当掺量为5%,配合比与外墙抹面砂浆相同时,水泥砂浆抗压性能和抗拉性能不会明显降低,能够有效控制砂浆的收缩变形,并能提高砂浆的抗剪能力,这样就能很好地防止外墙由于温度和湿度交替变化而产生裂缝;同时,乳胶的掺加能够增强砂浆的保水性,且掺量越大,保水性能越好;另外,掺加5%以内的该乳胶能够延缓砂浆的凝结时间。因此,聚酰胺水泥砂浆应用于建筑外墙抹灰,对于砂浆裂缝和渗漏问题的解决,具有很大的现实意义。
【Abstract】 Crack and seepage of exterior wall are common concerned problems incivil engineering, which are mainly due to the poor shrink-resisting ability oftraditional masonary mortar. The climate of the South-middle in our countryis constantly changing, temperature and humidity are changing in turnobviously, and the diurnal temperature difference is very large. This is theserious strain influence to the outer wall plastering surface layer mortarshrinkage. The contrast tasting method was utilized in this topic, and differentamount of polyamide latex was added into masonary mortar not only to studythe influence of it to the mortar dry shrinkage performance, but also test theirworkability, and the conclusion was drawn: As a kind of sur-medicinalpreparation, suitable addition of it added into traditional masonary mortar,polyarnide latex can not only prevent masonary mortar from contracting andfracturing but also greatly improve the workability of mortar, though itreduced the mechanical properties slightly. Therefore, it is a practicalsignificant thing to apply polyamide latex to masonary mortar of exterior wallbecause the problem of fracturing and seepage of exterior wall can be wellsolved.
