汽配行业物资管理平台的研究与实现

【摘要】 在经济全球化和市场变化日新月异的今天,世界的制造中心正在向中国转移。中国制造业尤其是汽配行业如何运用先进管理技术,提升自身能力,在竞争中处于不败之地,是当前企业广泛关注的话题。本文在深入研究汽配行业供应链特点的基础上,基于对制造型企业信息化管理理念的深入理解,从供应链协同、准时制生产、企业资源规划等角度出发,提出了关于建立具有汽配行业专业特点的物资管理平台(MMP)的研究课题。对MMP平台的研究和实现,主要包括以下几个方面的内容:1)分析了汽车零配件行业的供应链角色、特点和需求,提出了MMP的功能模型。2)在供应商管理模块,提出建立以双赢为目的的合作伙伴关系,并具体分析了供应商的开发、绩效评估和配额管理方法。3)在计划管理模块,提出采用N+3协同滚动计划方法来实现供应链之间的计划协同。针对企业物资的不同特点,实现了基于MRP的采购计划制定和基于VIM的补货计划制定。4)在库存管理模块,提出了库存补货策略、安全库存管理策略、ABC控制策略等来实现对库存的有效控制,并通过预警平台的建立实现了库存的事前控制功能。5)在质量管理模块,提出采用TQM思想,把质量控制贯穿于企业的各个部门和各个业务点,并根据序列号和批次号实现了质量全程跟踪,同时对汽配行业ISO/TSl6949:2002质量体系对物资管理的要求进行了研究。6)基于BPR思想,对汽配行业物资管理的业务流程进行了重组和优化,以采购行为为例,具体分析了各种物料的采购流程及特点,并通过流程配置平台和审批流平台实现了功能。7)利用JAVA技术构建了物资管理平台,包括该平台的架构、开发模式、数据库连接技术、系统安全验证、用户和权限管理等,实现了预期的功能。该平台现处于测试阶段,从其试运行情况来看,基本可以实现企业物资管理中的物流和信息流的畅通,且操作灵活方便,能大大提高工作效率,并能实现对物资管理中的计划、采购、库存、质量等环节的有效控制。
【Abstract】 Today in the environment of economical globalization and changing market, the world manufacturing center is shifting to China. How to utilize the advanced management technology, promote own ability, and be in the invincible position in the competition, is the question that is widely concerned currently.The characteristics of the automobile spare parts industry supply chain are researched, then the research topic that establish the material management platform (MMP) having the automobile spare parts industry characteristics are proposed from the angles such as supply chain coordination, just in time, enterprise resources plan and so on, based on the understanding of manufacture enterprise information management idea. Essential technology is studied as following:1) In view of the supply chain role, characteristics and demands of the automobile spare parts industry, the MMP function model is proposed.2) In the supplier management module, the partner relation with the two-won goal is proposed to establish and the supplier development, the achievements appraisal and the quota management is specifically analyzed.3) In the plan management module, the N+3 roll plan is proposed based on supply chain coordination, and then in view of the enterprise’s different material characteristics, the purchase plan model based on the MRP and supplement plan model based on VMI are established.4) In the stock management module, the stock supplement strategy, the safe stock management strategy, the ABC control strategy is proposed in order to control the stock. The forewarning platform is established to realize the stock control function in anticipation.5) In the quality management module, based on the Total Quality Management idea, the quality management model is proposed to pass through the quality control to enterprise’s each department and each process. The quality all through tracking is realized according to the sequence number and the raid. The ISO/TS16949: 2002 quality system of the automobile spare parts industry is introduced in this paper.6) Based on the business process reengineering idea, the process flow of material management is optimized. Taking the purchase behavior as an example, each kind of different material purchase flow and the characteristics are specifically introduced. The flow dispose platform and the approval flow platform are established to realize the business process reengineering.7) The material management platform is realized using the JAVA technology. The system construction, the development pattern, the database joint technology, the system security control, the users and the jurisdictions control are specifically introduced.The platform is at the test stage presently. It basically realizes the unimpeded process flow of material and information in the enterprise. It is convenient to operate, greatly enhances the working efficiency, and can realize the active control of the purchase, stock, quality Service and so on.
